Loving this series. Well done Harry and Meghan. Fantastic and inspirational production.

Yes, digesting too...

Hi Meghan! Grin

No, the posts are too samey. Meghan is an intelligent and articulate lady (maybe not a popular opinion, but in my view she is) , and these posts are not either of those things.

Hi Harry!

MadeofElephantStone · 31/12/2022 13:54

💩💩💩 digested.

It's a brilliant series, if you can't cope, simply don't tune in. I am loving it personally, find it inspirational and motivational.

The hatred is a sad reflection really, maybe the series will help you have a more positive approach to 2023 :)

Well that’s fine but it’s still got nothing at all to do with them so why are you giving them credit ?

StormzyinaTCup · 31/12/2022 13:56

Looks like the news about Jason Knauf has reached Montecito!Wink

Justcallmebebes · 31/12/2022 13:56

I'm embarrassed for you OP but no doubt I've been brainwashed by the evil Daily Mail Confused

Butitsnotfunnyisititsserious · 31/12/2022 13:56

Have you been drinking already? Why give them credit when they had nothing to do with it?

wishingyouwell · 31/12/2022 14:00

You align yourselves and lead on projects you believe in. You give time to causes you believe in.

The values align. However inconvenient that is for you, I'm really enjoying it. The viewing figures will be high.

I watched the series, and I think for the next 10 years, we will see the same story coming in many different ways... movies, another series, youtube series blah blah . Then when their kids grow, it'll continue... Oh how their cousins treated them blah blah... This story will never end.

However, here is what I don't understand, and I need you guys to help me..

According to Harry, Royal Institution and Media worked together. If Royal wanted to keep the media quiet, they could, but they choice not to! Not only that, it was someone from the palace who told the media about the letter that Meghan sent to her Dad. So as she said, they were thrown to wolfs by the Royal.

Why media and royal family didn't like 'Meghan'? Is it because she's black or not?
Also, if Meghan were not supposed to be too public, they could tell her not to work, and she wouldn't be in the public eye.

Or, according to some stories I read, Harry is not a child of Charles; he's not Royal anyway. It was Harry's supposed to leave the family, and excuse of Meghan just sorted this issue out, and it was not the Royal family that kicked them out; it was the public who kicked them out, so it's nobody's fault. Could this be true?

if you can't cope 😅Low boredom threshold for a pair of grifters when there's so much better stuff to watch, more like.

And do get a wider vocabulary. 'Hatred' is so overused.

Agree - and also really not applicable to the comments on this thread

It's a bit of a strawman anyhow - or do I mean the setting up of a bogeyman? For it's perfectly possible to think that their input into this is minimal (but much hyped) without hating anyone

They didn't 'lead' this though, did they?

They were the names attached to the re-packaging of content that already existed (and one of the subjects has gone on record that she knew nothing whatsoever about their involvement)

ZenNudist · 31/12/2022 14:04

I always suspect people like @wishingyouwell to be PR stooges. No one can really be interested let alone impressed.

I wont be watching. I dont give these publicity hungry whiners the oxygen of attention, my likes or my clicks.

OP am not a misogynist, racist or DM reader. How does that fit with your "agenda"?

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 14:07

Op - what’s your AIBU?

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 14:08

Baklava said it well, seen this happen too many times on this site now

Well unless you want to defame his mother and accuse her of sleeping around (yes, she may have later but not as a 23year old), then of course he in Charles' son.

And even if he wasn't biologically, then what a rude ignorant view you have of people who bring up children that are not biologically their own "he's not Royal anyway" = what you are saying is they dont belong in the family that has raised them.

You are repeating rubbish and by extension hurting others in this position

susan12345678 · 31/12/2022 14:10

These paid PR posts are such an embarrassment.

SantaCarlaCalifornia · 31/12/2022 14:10

I'm not usually one to say this, but this has got to be a bot, hasn't it?
The repetition of the same words is just weird.

Second time in a week plates have been thrown, I reckon.

FrownedUpon · 31/12/2022 14:12

OP is definitely PR for M&H. I have no interest in watching it. In fact I’ll avoid anything with H&M in. So tedious.

It's not my opinion and how discussing something can be considered 'hurting' others? Certainly this is not to intention at all

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 14:14

Why does AIBU suddenly have so many royal related threads? Coincidence? 🕵️‍♀️ 🤔

wishingyouwell · 31/12/2022 14:14

Very intolerant to suggest that anyone who thinks outside the box of the Daily Mail is paid. That would be convenient but it isn't true.

Try to accept that there are many people in society with the ability to think independently. Another inconvenient truth.

These people are truly inspirational. However inconvenient that truth is. The viewing figures will speak for themselves.

Harry and Megan, is that you?

Nice passive aggressive dig at the intelligence of people who don't agree with you there, OP, you open minded independent thinker, you.

BethJ62 · 31/12/2022 14:17

You ALMOST had me there @wishingyouwell 😂😂
