Thank you, OP. I wasn't aware of it, but will definitely look out for it. As for yhose hating on anything Meghan and Harry do, each to their own. It would be a very boring world if we all agreed on same things and liked the same people.

If you don't like it, don't watch it. Simple. But your hatred will lead you to watch it.

That's fair enough but the fact is they were added last minute to a final production. It's not their work just something to attach themselves to.

This thread would be so embarrassing. If it wasn’t meant to be satirical.

I'm loving the sound track also as I did with the Harry & Meghan series.

You mean the tiny violins?

😁

These people are truly inspirational. However inconvenient that truth is. The viewing figures will speak for themselves.

Inspiration is subjective not a fact

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 13:15

How is this an AIBU?

If anyone has an agenda, it’s you, and you’re not subtle. The contrived sycophantic toadying is embarrassing.

Then thank the Mandela Foundation for the series existing.

Credit those who actually commissioned it.

This has to be one of the weirdest threads...

That, or on triple time at the PR agency promoting this.

@OneDayFri You're welcome. I hope you enjoy it also.

Yup also noticed these types of posts and threads whenever the gruesome twosome have anything new coming out - so obvious

BigBamBoom · 31/12/2022 13:19

It does smack of Netflix giving up on expecting original content from them and allowing them to fulfil their contract by attaching their names to bought-in productions. Once they've "delivered" the contracted number of programmes I think they'll be out the door.

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 13:21

Yeah good point, very telling their original programmes like Pearl were cancelled and they’ve resorted to tacking their names onto shows post-event. Certainly reads like getting their monies worth - even if it just some cheap publicity

Yeah I'm inspired by two multimillionaires throwing their toys out of the pram and falling out with all of their family on both sides. Stunning and brave OP.

sst1234 · 31/12/2022 13:11

OP is plying the role of double agent. She doesn’t like Harry and Meghan and finds them as nauseating as most people. But know that the best way to is to start threads like this with manufactured, forced embarrassing praise so that people jump on it to say what they really think of them.

Well done OP.

Absolutely this

CovertImage · 31/12/2022 13:23

I also think that the OP is being a goady prick

Quincythequince · 31/12/2022 13:24

Are you quite well OP?

Onlinuar · 31/12/2022 13:25

Yeah u ok hun?

You are a product of the Daily Mail brainwashing.

Perhaps you should focus on the positive messages rather than being so entrenched in hatred of two individuals who are promoting great causes.

Do you work for M&H?

wishingyouwell · 31/12/2022 13:27

You lead and align yourselves to projects you believe in and where your values and in sync. There will naturally be a media war against this from far right quarters as the series addresses social injustices including women's rights, the environment and black lives matters. They will hate that.

I love the timing of Greta's twitter war and this series coming out. Brilliant.

Live and let live. I am loving this but I don't suck up the rubbish from the Daily Mail etc. If that's not for you, fine, don't watch it.

I don't think Jacintha Aherne works for the Daily mail....

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 31/12/2022 13:31

Do you acknowledge though, OP, that it isn't their own work, or is that also one of those inconvenient truths you speak of?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 31/12/2022 13:31

Don't need permission, thanks. Although I'm not sure the right PR for your heroes is 'don't watch it, you've been brainwashed by the DM, haterzzzz' if I'm honest. It's not exactly calculated to win people around, is it?

Quincythequince · 31/12/2022 13:32

Why do you keep talking about the Daily Mail?
