Daily Mail thinks it has evidence. Let's discuss.

You know what though, Burgundy is also a very common colour for them to wear at this time of year. It could be a red herring.

antelopevalley · 22/12/2022 01:08

4 dresses and lots of ties?

Their intellectual peak at a height of a cost of living crisis - the people are watching.....

MissTrip82 · 22/12/2022 02:07

I don't think they're as small-minded as that. I'm surprised so many do.

Some here do and love it, oh well.

If this was deliberate, then it is brilliant, good on 'em!

And what's this bollocks - I don’t want to embarrass the family. Yeah, OK Meghan.

I sincerely hope that it wasn’t deliberate because it just makes them look silly and pathetic. There are some PR stunts that need not be pulled

If I'm not mistaken, that was at the Commonwealth service, which was their last official engagement. In my opinion, she looked fabulous. In the documentary, she says she allowed herself colour on this occasion as she was leaving. But then haters are always gonna hate and somehow twist each word Meghan says. Very tiring.

You are correct. She said that she allowed herself colour.

Frankly I think the distressed people should either sue her or go the Police. All this talking behind closed doors isn't helping them...don't you agree?

Although they will need to explain the past four years they've spent abusing her in papers and royal books, calling her duchess difficult, degree wife, damaged goods, narcissistic sociopath, psychopath, unhinged etc

I suspect it won't be pretty.

But @tatalan its my understanding they were paid off by their employers - the royal family - and signed NDAs. So they can’t discuss the abuse or any settlement or even that one was reached. I would have thought Meghan would have been eternally grateful for that?

I would have thought that other members of the RF would be eternally grateful too . Since a few of them have been rumoured to have bullied staff.
We don’t want any other can of worms opened…..

Nope. They need to come out and speak their truth otherwise they are frauds. BP put out a whole statement that they were investigating. Why bury the report then? the Palace needs to be exposed for covering up alleged bUlLyInG, it is disgraceful - let me start a petition 😂

@Eyerollcentral isn't it disgusting that Buckingham Palace are covering up bullying allegations? if I were these distressed parties, I'd go to the Police immediately 😤

Disgraceful that BP have made those poor traumatised souls sign NDAs 🙄

I agree that letting them speak out could potentially open other cans of worms for the palace. They will do everything to try to avoid this course of action I think. Not great.

You are right, everyone but the bully is to blame!!!

Eyerollcentral · 22/12/2022 04:18

NDAs are entirely standard in settlement agreements in the workplace. Protects the employer and the employees- believe it or not some people don’t want their nervous breakdowns broadcast to the world…

Alleged bully. They have told us how they felt via ugly and despicable name calling in royal books, they need to come out and say with their entire chest what Meghan did to them.

Again, it is disgusting that the institution are covering this alleged incident up.

NDA's are a desperate excuse. All very well to hind behind anonymity making accusations. If I were them, I'd become whistle blowers and expose Meghan.

It's a shame they're covering such alleged ugliness up 😐

I think they should ALL come out with it. One of the royal books claimed Meghan responded with a 30 page dossier to the allegations, that too should be released. Along side the third party investigation report the Palace refuse to show us.

None of this hiding behind NDAs business, put it all out there and let people decide. Including the emails where staff haven't been afraid to admit they called her a bitch 🤗

Release EVERYTHING.

No, I don’t think there’s some hidden message to Meghan. I think it’s a Christmas event and they wanted to wear Christmas colours, like lots people do. Last year they wore bright red, burgundy and greens.

Have read most but not the full thread…. Didn’t see a mention of burgundy (more specifically Viva Magenta) being named Pantone colour of the year for 2023. They say:

“It is powerful and empowering, encouraging the freedom of self-expression and experimentation. Viva Magenta welcomes anyone and everyone with the same verve for life and rebellious spirit. It is a color that is audacious, full of wit and inclusive of all.”

I think burgundy was picked well in advance because it’s on trend and has a positive meaning, which also helpfully happens to be an up yours at some of the accusations thrown at them by H&M. The fact that MM came out with more of her loaded “We all know exactly what I’m saying but no one could possibly accuse me of actually saying it” jibes in the latest Markashians drop, this time about not being able to wear colour (I mean seriously have they nothing more interesting to talk about)… was just a welcome coincidence that yet again undermines everything they’ve said.

Sorry if the Pantone thing has been done already!

I know that so many were looking forward to the results of the investigation, I can't believe the Palace shelved it. What a shame.

Kate often dresses Charlotte to match her. Think the DM is making up stories as usual.

What about Zara, Pippa and the men's ties, merely a coincidence?

I assumed that the outfits were co-ordinated, but well in advance of the event (and before Meghan's claim about outfits and colours). A few of the Royals wore green for Philip's memorial service as it was his favourite colour - co-ordination along those lines.

They did wear a different colour to the senior royals (Charles and Camilla). As for the Yorks, I think one of them may be concealing a bump just now.

I thought that too about one of the York sisters.
