Meghan & Harry Were Lying From The Start, Weren't They?

As per the thread title.

Right from the word go, Meghan and Harry were not telling the truth. About anything.

Now the Netflix series has come out it just proves it, over and over again.

Only they don’t seek privacy at all. They desperately try to stay in the news by any means possible, particularly on days the RF are doing something the media are focusing on.
If Harry has paid for this aviation award, he’s definitely trying to stay ‘relevant’. It’s how they generate their income. If they genuinely wanted a private life they could have one, but would have to live in a very different way. They clearly want to be celebrities with the lifestyle that goes with it.

A basic provable point is that the name LilibetDiana was registered as a trademark before Lilibet was born and before Harry’s call to the Queen.

I know you can call your child whatever you want, but this was a personal nickname, not just an ordinary name, and, of course, relations with the rf were not good.

Imagine that poor child when she gets older and hears about the fact that her Great Grandmother was outraged about her being given her name.

The late Queen suggested that Meghan could keep acting if she wanted and also suggested a home in the country and a quiet start to Royal life but M insisted she wanted to “ hit the ground running” .
They could have had the quieter Royal life but she/ they wanted to be in control .

Only two people responsible for that.

strange choice though isn't it @Rockybooboo for a woman who wants to be in control, to join the British Royal Family? If one wasn't so cynical,
one might question her motives....

I bet she won't give a crap what her great gran thought of her name. She won't remember her.

The only person who matters is Lillibet herself and she can shorten it or change it.

oh. I don't know. Why would a B list telly actress who's always been massively ambitious and a huge fan of the Royals (despite saying she didn't know who H was 🤣🤣) want to become a Princess? I can't
imagine why she'd want to move from Canada to a palace to a multimillion dollar mansion in Motecito where Oprah and Ellen are her next door neighbours?

The same could be said for the others who married into the RF.

You could say that about anyone who marries into the family. Would have Catherine, Mike Tindall etc.

Mike Tindall and Zara look very well-matched to me. Both highly successful in their different sports.

Still doesn't mean he'd have married her if she'd been a shop assistant.

It’s not a competition and it’s not like for like. Catherine was a university student, a teenager, and 16 years younger when she met William. After she left uni her jobs kept getting kyboshed by media interest. Meghan didn’t get her break on Suits till she was 30. If William hadn’t met Catherine until she was Meghan’s age when she met Harry, who knows what she’d have been doing!

Zara is a successful sportswoman in her own right. So it is not unreasonable to think they would have got together anyway.

Meghan was a successful actress as she was earning a living from it - many don’t. So the comparison is would she have been interested in a retired military officer?

What has surprised me is how the new Robert Hartman biography appears to have named sources or at least a strong indication of who the source is.

Who knows and I don't really care what people do. It's the snidey comments about the B list actress to make out she's a gold digger. It applies to everyone who marries into that family.
