Are Netflix secretly playing Harry and Meghan?

H&M think they are dictating the Netflix narrative, but I wonder if Netflix are actually playing a longer game? This was billed as their story, but they are so tone deaf and are exposing themselves to ridicule with their ham fisted attempts to justify their behaviour. It's so full of ridiculous unsubstantiated statements and generalisations with no evidence to back it up. It's using stock photographs of photographers that have nothing to do with them. Why not show real photographers? A ridiculous car chase with a lone photographer on a moped provoking panic and faux fear in the couple is laughable. And as for Harry's face as Meghan takes the piss out of the queen? This was definitely seen by the editors who chose to leave it in.

Will Netflix get a double helping from this series with the candy-floss fluff that's the first airing, with a second being the dissection of this sad and deluded pair?

It seems that he didn't care enough to inform her & she didn't care enough to inform herself.

If you knew that you might meet the Queen you'd look up what to do wouldn't you?

Yes they were together for a year by this time, and Harry never mentioned curtsying? Left it to the car journey to tell her? The look on his face of contempt says it was a total lie, and he was disgusted at the lack of respect for his family and traditions, and indirectly for him. So telling that Netflix left that in. Utterly damaging to the couple.

Exactly
That is exactly why he was cringing. It was because he had left her unprepared and he felt a bit embarrassed by this. Naysayers turned it into Harry was embarrassed by Meghan.
That man loves that woman.

Wow.

It’s bizarre how definite you are of the exact feelings and what’s inside the head of another human being that you have never met.

You might want to reflect on that.

Most decent people would have jumped in at that stage, held their hands up and said 'mea culpa - I should never have left her in the position of being completely unprepared. This is completely on me'. Instead, he's lied by omission and left her to take the flak. What a dreamboat.

Bearing in mind this is the same man who said he was ashamed to admit wife’s mental health issue. And he bangs on about protecting his family.
He couldn’t protect a thing if he tried.

PicturesOfDogs · 23/12/2022 13:14

It often gets reported here he said he was embarrassed to tell his family, but no, he said he was ashamed
This is a guy who fronted a mental health initiative ffs 🤦‍♀️

For those of you saying Diana died at the hands of a drunk driver, the reason some people have doubt about the validity of the tests is because some suspect tampering of the samples. And that is because:

"Blood samples taken from dead chauffeur Henri Paul showed "mysteriously" high levels of carbon monoxide, the Diana inquest heard."

That has never been explained properly, according to toxicologists. Maybe someone made a simple mistake. Or maybe something bigger was happening. No one will ever know for sure.

Maybe he didn’t leave her unprepared. Would decent people lie for her?

SirChenjins · 23/12/2022 14:06

Who knows - but if she was as unprepared as she claims, and he didn't leave her unprepared, then someone's bending the truth.
