Why do people feel it’s okay to say nasty things about Meghan on social media?

Why do people care so much about her and Harry’s relationship and are so intent on just being incredibly nasty about someone they don’t even know or really know the truth about? Harry must love her and be happy so why don’t the media and people on social media just let them be?

genuinely asking as I don’t understand why she gets so much hatred everywhere, must be really bloody hard for them to see it all the time. People act like she’s a murderer or something.

There are rogue traders working in every profession and at every level but it doesn't mean we should write off whole professions and industries. We just need to be critical about what we're hearing. I don't wish them any harm and hope they find happiness too. I just wish they'd stop trying to achieve it at the expense of other people. Maybe one day they'll do that and their kids will have a better time of it than they did.

M&H are deliberately high profile and court controversy. They throw a lot of shade on the RF and on the British public. They are stunningly superior and hypocritical and preach for example ecofriendly changes to guilt trip the plebs whilst flying on private jets ad infinitum. Never understand why people enjoy ripping anyone successful to shreds. Jealousy and racism sums it up in Meghan’s case. We're very different then. I had no problem with it. I cut her some slack being from a different country (which is vastly different to us in some ways), being an independent woman who had made a name for herself in an acting career before meeting Harry. I had an open mind.

Anyone can say anything, make up absolute tripe about Meghan and it can stand without any reference point. These threads are now unmoderated because if I ever report something which I consider is absolutely vile, I'm told to kick back myself about it. And it's just an opinion.
