Will Charles attempt to bring H&M back?

I've been wondering about this all week.

What do people think? Would William want that ? Would Kate?

I haven't looked at the worst of the MSM but I expect there is the word 'demanded' a meeting somewhere no doubt.

It's come from either 'a very good source' or 'sources' and is, apparently, a shocking revelation. Yeah... course....

How can anyone with any certainty say the story about Meghan requesting a meeting is true or false. And if it’s true, who it came from.

Definitive statements like ‘it did not’ isn’t an opinion.
Maybe it came from Charles to make her look demanding and that’s his priority, despite just losing his mum and knackering himself for the last 10 days
Maybe it came from Meghan, because she actually like the negative press as it gives her more to moan about when she goes back.

That's a very definite statement. How can you possible know? Could have been either or both, or even neither. An odd time to bother Charles with all he's dealing with just now. And he's wished them well overseas....

But not a ‘fact’ as per your post when the poster clearly stated she was posting an opinion! The fact it wasn’t a fact was never in doubt, in fact.

I feel sorry for Charles in that Harry and Meghan ( it seems to me ) are earning their money by telling half lies and blatant untruths about the family. But if he says no to the meeting - how does that look. My guess is he will be too busy anyway & then let us see if that turns into - he would not meet. I think the big reception , I would have kept them away from that just because I am not sure I would not trust them to twist things.

To be fair I think they have kept their head down a bit over the last week. A little humility goes a long way & I think they did pretty well with that. I personally hope that Meghan sees the RF is a bit bigger than she is & stops the untruths. Am sure they will earn a bit by keeping titles ( which they said they were not fussed about ) but just the amount of money they seem to want is a little - not sure if a better word - but vulgar , given at the moment all earned off the RF. Harry is rich in his own right . They could have a very nice comfortable life together .

Charles is Harry's father. Most fathers would find time to meet their son when he has flown over from the US. I find it strange enough that they have to request a time to meet in the first place.

I think the level of distrust that there must be between H&M and the rest of the RF will make it very difficult to reconcile - SM works in such a way that no one in the family on either ‘side’ will ever know if the other person actually leaked something or if someone has simply speculated about something and put it out there as a he said/she said. What an awful situation to be in.

Bear in mind Harry & Meghan had a tour planned if Europe & the UK with their own activities. There were no plans to visit any of the RF or allow the late Queen to see her great grandchildren. It was pure coincidence they were in the country when she died.

So MH may request a meeting with the king but he has been quite busy recently and probably needs a break.

But my feeling is that the circle of trust is broken with MM and probably Harry (depending on what his new book claims).

That I don't know, but on guesswork (as most of these threads tend to be) - I don't think they would have had any say at all in when it was aired and may have had their hands tied as to what they could publicly say.

Well, it was an exceptionally long post that was, let's say not exactly bursting with sources and references. It did read like a fairly involved piece of fanfiction to me, but maybe that poster has the inside track on the 'real' Meghan.

Charles has had an incredibly difficult week. The royals anyway don't meet casually, like those of us who live in normal-sized houses. And it's not unusual to ask for a private meeting when there is something you are keen to discuss. If they have asked for a meeting they will probably get one now the very busy period for Charles has calmed a little. But if I were Charles I'd have a witness

I doubt it - it was made clear it was her opinion and nothing more so didn’t require sources and references (that’s one of things that makes it an opinion).

Why are people so gullible? this demand of a meeting came from Neil Sean, a random youtuber who is mocked for always having "a very good source".

His biggest claim to fame was that Doria had distanced herself from Meghan. The same Doria pictured with Meghan on a zoom call the other day.

Anyway, this is an actual royal source saying this request was very unlikely.
