Kate has been fabulous since the Queen's death, such poise & self awareness. I think Carole & Michael did a great job & don't get enough recognition.
I don't know the family personally nor have i met them but there has never been tell all stories about them or Kate & Pippa which says alot..

So at official events? Of course she's going to be 'boring' ie on guard and careful of what she says.

There is a very short clip of Kate in Jamaica who appears to show her shying away from a Jamaican official and of course people are saying it’s because she’s a racist. The reality is that the woman she shied away from pulled her by the hand and was trying to take Kate somewhere she hadn’t been told to go. Kate was very confused and obviously didn’t know what was going on.

I don’t know why some people find it so hard to believe that it’s the norm for royal men to have discreet affairs. People in those circles don’t live like the rest of us. It has been the way of monarchs for centuries. Eg, Henry 8th and Elizabeth Blount (who is btw, and ancestor of Sophie Countess of Wessex). They would see it as common not to have mistresses.

No one said they didn't. But spreading gossip about specific people having specific affairs with named individuals, based purely on hints you've read in the Daily Mail or someone on a chat forum saying they personally know someone who knows someone... is pretty nasty.

I certainly don’t read the DM or any other newspaper. It’s not nasty to speculate about people’s relationships. Especially when we are expected to take notice of these people’s lives generally. It sounds like you can’t handle the thought of anything other than a fairytale.
