These people are apparently worried about what Harry will write in his memoir but we've somehow managed to get a play by play of what has gone on this week.

From blocking Meghan's visit to Balmoral to how the joint greeting of well wishers came about.

Please note that these writers are making it clear they are speaking to Palace sources.

Now when H&M start speaking (in defense of themselves), people will complain.

Prince William and Harry’s reconciliation is just for mourning, not for life

Bombshell text from William to Harry that sparked an unexpected show of family unity after the pair failed to meet at Balmoral in the hours after Queen's death, writes RICHARD KAY

Actually I think both camps are batshit, the ones who comdemn H&M on everything and the ones who would defend anything. I have a hope that most people are in the middle and realise we really don't know that much.

Such a sensible post 👏👏👏

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 15:27

I just wonder what is happening with Omid Scobie

Firstly Meghan is going to balmoral then she’s not

Then saying Sussex’s are invited to a state event, now he’s saying they’re uninvited when the far more rational reason is they were never invited as they’re not working royals and he made a mistake

Some posters have said he’s a smart insightful guy (no dummy) and I’ll accept that so what could it be ?

Ssssssshhhhhhhhhh! ancientgran stop speaking common sense. If everyone did that then MN would cease to exist Grin

Sorry, I should have thought of that.

MissMarpleRocks · 17/09/2022 15:17

Such a sensible post 👏👏👏

As derxa says being sensible isn't always a good idea. We don't want to shut down MN.

So you just put that on here based on nothing? No wonder there are so many made up stories floating about.

Exactly. This one is harmless but many are not and grow legs and gullible people are absolutely convinced they're true because they're more exciting than the often boring truth.

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 16:16

I don’t know if their kids are there, I’m sure they’ll decide what’s best for the kids and act accordingly, they’re always seemed like loving attached parents.

A specific strategy? Chaotic ineptitude? After all, the optics are detrimental to the Sussexes when his actions allow the 'they have been uninvited' narrative to stand or when he U-turns on his tweets almost immediately. I would be very concerned if I were employing him to bolster my image.

So you just put that on here based on nothing? No wonder there are so many made up stories floating about.

We’re all entitled to our thoughts. And let’s face it. We get to read enough of yours.

So once again, for you. Yes, I believe M & H are good parents who more than likely had the children flown to the UK last week in order for them to be together as a family.

If you on the other hand think they aren’t good enough parents to have brought their children here to join them then that’s entirely up to you but there really is no need for you to be so annoyed about it.

Snog · 17/09/2022 18:24

NanaNelly you have set up a false dichotomy there

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 18:26

I don't think it reflects on their parenting either way,I feel tremendously sorry for them .

Maybe they didn't fly them over because one hates flying, Maybe they were happy in California and doing ok with facetime.
Maybe they did because they were missing their parents too much.
That's a hell of a time for small children to be away from their parents..

I'm sure they debated it

Roussette · 17/09/2022 18:27

I think the children could possibly be here too... mainly because there was talk of this a week or so ago. It is a long long time to leave children of that age, and if they aren't here, I feel a bit sorry for them, they will be missing them like crazy and all the others in the family grieving will be able to be with their children.

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 18:27

🤣 snog just expressed my views in a far more succinct way.

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 18:28

In many ways I hope they are here and that Charles has time to spend with them.

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 18:39

@elizaregina

Unfortunately Charles might be a little busy to spend time with Harry’s kids if they’re here. He has got quite a lot on

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 19:09

Of course he's too busy to spend quality hanging out time with them but royal time...a meeting would be lovely.

Perhaps it would be a film one day, I can see an older Archie at High grove... perhaps 10 talking to grandpa as casual as grandpa can be at highgrove... Sharing his love of plants or having some connection like that and Charles being adorable but regretting his relationship with Harry.

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 19:22

@elizaregina

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

charles weeping into his tomatoes with the pain of losing his relationship with Harry and then collapsing while the theme music from the godfather plays in the background

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 19:31

@Ohnonevermind

🤣🤣🤣

Perhaps I has subliminally imposed that scene on my mind

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 19:39

I do love those movies !

NanaNelly · 17/09/2022 19:41

Snog · 17/09/2022 18:24

NanaNelly you have set up a false dichotomy there

I’m sure Ancientgran won’t mind. That I deliberately misconstrued her post the way she did mine.

And lets face it. If you can’t take it back you really shouldn’t be dishing it out.

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 19:43

They aren't too far away from this really..

All about the "family" etc. Harry " every time I get out...they draw me back in!"

Dark nefarious dealings all over the shop.

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 19:49

@elizaregina

The kiss in cuba with Michael and Fredo - ‘i know it was you ‘

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 19:51

Yes!🤣.

It's already been written hasn't it. Fabulous.

Did you see "the offer" on paramount plus? Absolutely fantastic and fascinating watch if you like the film's.

We had a free trial for 7 days and I watched it all then.

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 20:09

@elizaregina

i haven’t seen it yet, I must watch it, thanks so much for the recommendation

elizaregina · 17/09/2022 20:12

It's fabulous.

I love the detail eg a huge fight to get a real oven of some sort in and a proper kitchen!

Ohnonevermind · 17/09/2022 20:26

John cazale was just an amazing actor. He died far too young
