Some nice Royal news .
It has been announced by BP that she is going to St Andrews University . She will be in good company as I have a young relative starting there too ! When I told her about LL she said “who?” so hopefully HM’s granddaughter will enjoy her years there in peace.
It had also emerged that LL is working p/t in a local garden centre ..
She seems to be a lovely young lady.

I'm sorry but I think it is weird to single out one 18 year old for praise and remark.
Your only reason for mentioning her is because she is related to the royals . That is therefore sycophantic.

To be fair, though, non-royalists and those not keen on sycophancy, have been told three times now to leave the thread/board. Which is odd because it’s a discussion board not a fan club.

I'm pleased for Louise because of her terrible birth story and there have been nasty stories and remarks about her all throughout her life. To be pleased for her is simply an empathetic reaction not sycophancy.

But yes I suppose you could argue it's a fine line between what you say and who you are so report away

I have some inside knowledge but for obvious reasons can't explain how.

• LL is a hard worker and very diligent. She was fully involved in girl guiding, worked hard toward badges etc.
• Her A Level grades were good and she took 4 subjects. She'd have had other offers from RG.
• She's an old soul and it's unlikely you'll see any pictures of her falling out of night clubs but it would be nice to see her embrace normal 18 year old fashion; she'll grow into herself in next few years, mark my words.
• the job in the garden centre isn't new. In fact, I think she may have finished there now in readiness for Uni so likely just the press embargo has been lifted.

I strongly suspect she'll be a safe pair of hands for minor duties when W&K are in the top jobs. I've seen them interact at public events and there's a genuine warmness- esp. between K and L and L and Charlotte.

For people saying you shouldn't be on this page unless you like the Royals, ever been on the step-parenting board and commented on there if you aren't a step mum, you can get ripped to shreds!

I could of course go on any TV discussion groups and say what a rubbish programme it is, which i am entitled to, but it is a bit pointless and goady

it’s a discussion forum, I don’t have to be affirmative regard RF, so no don’t be redirecting me or my posts that you don’t like to cease posting. It’s a discussion forum not a fan club. Privilege & class will always polarise and no I won’t cease posting and notably I haven’t asked anyone else to leave or cease posting. Do ask yourself, why are you so sensitised to any criticism of the RF?

Forums don't work like that. And people commenting to the contrary opens up discussion which is a good thing on a discussion forum!
