Catherine not wearing her wedding ring?

Did anyone else notice that Catherine was not wearing her wedding ring at the Commonwealth Games? Seemed strange.

No - one of the reasons they travel separately is because of the chance of an accident - far higher by helicopter so doubt they’d have the kids (being in line for throne) on board hence train.

Apparently Charlotte flew in with William.

Maybe Kate travelled separately because she had a sailing engagement on the South coast, and came straight from there.

But let's not look for the straightforward answer first - we might be missing some gossip! Grin

I thought it would be uber valuable but apparently cost £47k when new. Mind you, I'd imagine it's pretty priceless these days in terms of who wore it.

It was rumoured that Diana had a replica that she wore most of the time and if I were Catherine I think I'd have asked for one too.............. I lost a stone out of my engagement ring and was heartbroken. Knowing the value of that ring? I'd never relax when I had it on Blush

£47k back in the 80's is around £150k in today's money and threats without the history.

I have a couple of these types of jewellery just floating around my jewellery box obvs Hmm

This OP bats relentlessly for Harry & Meghan. They would go potty if someone looked for a flaw in H&M’s marriage, but does not have any shame about doing the same about W&K.

you do realise most people are some where in the middle. I find them all a but the same, like the RF but they are human and do daft stuff (not talking a PA as that was more than daft)
so not in any "camp"

I’m in no camp either, but as can be seen from RF threads in the last few years, some people are manically biased. No one is a complete saint, and constantly cheerleading for someone who doesn’t know you and probably wouldn’t want to know you is beyond weird. It’s like when people brawl with rival football fans. Actually probably not because I assume the participants enjoy a good ruck. It’s more like devotees of a religion or cult who are blind to its faults.

I particularly like it when the madness leaks out unexpectedly onto unrelated threads, eg, 'AIBU to think my DH should patch it up with his brother?' and someone will pop up to roar, 'OMG you people always have to bring Meghan into everything, don't you?'

how can you saw ‘untrue’ when you started a thread about Kate not wearing her wedding ring - trying to imply she is having marriage problems and when that was proved wrong posters on the threads started implying that the new house was for just her.

If I had posted the exact same things but just swapped the name Meghan for Kate in all your posts , how would you have reacted.
