So Thomas has announcement on GB news just now, they are going to pay to help bring him to the UK for the queen's jubilee and would love to meet Charles and Harry / Megan if they turn up, should be intesting. He would dearly love to meet anyone from the royal family as he feels they have much to discuss. I hope it goes well for him.

HM would dearly love to have Thomas but how would the Middletons feel let alone Doria? And what about the Tindalls and the Kellys? Not forgetting the Mozzis and the Brooksbanks. It's a minefield.
I wonder if the Lawrences, Fergusons, Rhys-Joneses and Parker-Bowleses ever kicked up such a fuss?
Also on the day that Charles and Diana got engaged, her father and his wife were interviewed outside the palace gates jostling with the the rest of the public well-wishers! I don't think Thomas Markle has anything to complain about! Silly man

Harry has given several interviews talking about his family problems and his grievances. Why is it wrong that Thomas wants to give interviews. Its always so one sided with them. I don't think Thomas will come to the UK.

No he won’t because he is now in the hospital after a stroke. I bet he was coming to the UK to do more damage. I have zero respect for him. I just could never do that to my children. Thomas is the lowest of the lowest.

Poor bloke. The usual suspects will accuse him of lying, just like they did with his heart attack which was proven to be true. Stress and upset can cause ill health in elderly people.

It is amazing the low length brainless ‘fans’ will go to to justify the horrendous behaviour of someone in the public eye they think they know and have an obsession with.

MM stitched her Dad up like a kipper so she could ditch him as he was an embarrassment to her when she got a foot into the RF, He was a highly respected lighting director who’d won awards, not a deadbeat Dad or a criminal. He raised her and she spoke fondly of him. She certainly had a relationship with him up to meeting Harry.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the photo offer was a set up. What better way to get rid of him but to shame him and claim he was using her fame for cash. He only did that as a misguided attempt to improve his slobby image although he was retired so entitled to look like that, and didn’t expect pictures of him looking less than presentable to be on the cover of newspapers all over the world and the press to descend on him I expect. That’s exactly what her and Harry are doing right now with the RF, making money off someone else’s name, his Grandmother no less. Harry never even deigned to meet Thomas and she obviously didn’t make it s dealbreaker. She didn’t want Harry to meet him. He might have changed his mind. Never even visited after his heart surgery.

It was totally understandable that Thomas would be angry at being offloaded and if they left no way to communicate and he had the press at his disposal, well few people wouldn’t use it. Especially with not being allowed to see his GC.

I doubt she’ll see him even now he’s very ill again. She’ll embarrass herself. She is a user and a grifter IMO and this with her Dad is the very reason I can’t stand her.

Get over yourself, honestly. You know nothing about these people, except what you read in crappy papers.

Maybe it's the only way he thinks he gets to see his grandkids. He won't get onto balcony as only working royals on balcony + Cambridge children. He might meet Charles privately though. They could commiserate with each other they never get to see their grandkids. Meg will be furious as it will take spotlight off of her.

This would never happen. He was bought by a media company to come here - for God knows what. Do you really think the RF would let him anywhere near them? If they wanted him to attended, they would have invited him personally.
I bet they worry he would sell more stories to the press. Thomas Markle will never step foot into any of the RF properties, except as a tourist.
Given his health I don’t think he will ever travel anywhere at this point.

When did the Queen say this? After colluding with the press and selling stories about his daughter I doubt anyone in the RF wants him near them.

I think it would be a mark of respect to invite him, he is adored here in the UK as we all felt and still feel so sorry for him, he has been treated abysmally.

The Queen can have whoever she likes, and what a generous and kind thing to do to invite him to the festivities and Meghan's mother too if she is here.

They are not 'poor' children, what nonsense. They are much loved children with adoring parents. They are not rootless. Do you imagine all families have cousins and aunts and uncles who live round the corner? FYI, they don't. As long as they are loved and cared for, which they obviously are, they'll be fine so if I were you, I wouldn't worry on their behalf. It sounds like you're very worked up with Meghan's family, I think you need to stop fretting.

Given his past indiscretion about private matters and the royal family, his chances of being invited to their homes or private events is absolutely zero.

He’s doing this purely as a publicity stunt to try and force Meghan to talk to him. Utterly toxic and creepy. I don’t blame her at all for no longer talking to him and keeping the children away from him. I’m NC with my parents and I truly feel for Meghan that she has to deal with her father publicly trying to coerce her into getting back in touch with him.

The thing that has always puzzled me about the TM/MM situation is how it blew up so finally . Up until a few days before the wedding , she seemed to enjoy a warm relationship with her father . Of course we never know what goes on behind closed doors but I am not aware of anything . Certainly , he was due to give her away .
Having said that it was odd that H never met TM before the wedding .

Why is he so interested in these grandchildren when he has never even met the others?

He has other children and grandchildren, none of which he appears to have a good relationship with. Yet it’s Meghan and her children he is desperate to see, whilst doing his utmost to destroy his daughter.

He cares so much about Meghan and his grandchildren that when she was pregnant with his grandchildren he never stopped abusing her and causing her distress?

This man is not a father. He is abusive to the extreme.
