Thomas Markle coming to UK for jubilee

So Thomas has announcement on GB news just now, they are going to pay to help bring him to the UK for the queen's jubilee and would love to meet Charles and Harry / Megan if they turn up, should be intesting. He would dearly love to meet anyone from the royal family as he feels they have much to discuss. I hope it goes well for him.

I noticed that C&C were receding into the background by letting K&W take the lead in ceremonies. I wonder whether the role C assumes will be one of a job share in which his part gets smaller and smaller once W has found his footing. It would be a wise choice.

I like the idea of a ' job share' actually !
Prince Charles clearly likes Katherine and it might be a step towards a kind of modernization?
They both did the state opening of Parliament together. It seemed to be alright. I doubt anyone would be that upset by this.

Also Kate had two small children and a third on the way around the time M arrived. It’s pretty hard to make time for new people arriving on the scene in those circumstances.

Easier if you have servants running around for you. But I guess we will never know. I just thought before and after they could have done more as Harry did for Kate.

Meghan and Kate are totally different types of women from completely different backgrounds. They have absolutely nothing in common apart from being married to brothers. Kate seems to have a small discreet circle of friends who she is rarely seen with.

Defo not Prince William , I have too much hair for starters , even though I'm getting on a lot!! Lol
They did the state opening of Parliament together didn't they ? Maybe they might get more contracts this way , share the loads ?

And you know this how? Kate doesn’t move in Hollywood celebrity circles but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her own very discreet support network of friends

There has been very little leaking about events at the jubilee. It’s very refreshing.
Slim pickings for Omid Scobie etc though who make money spreading these titbits.

I have nothing in common with my SIL - zero! but I still see her and we bring the children together as we should. I'm sure many people interact with their relatives for the sake of their husbands / wives. You don't have to like them.
