To add I still can't believe that people are arguing that the proof that she and H did funnel information to FF as irrelevant.
Whether or not it has an impact on the court case is yet to be seen, but the simple fact is that both of them have demonstrably lied (and misled their legal team in also doing so in their behalf).
The most damming texts are actually those between H and JK where it's obvious they are using the book to push their narrative.
Time and again we have seen this couple distort the truth.
Convoluting timelines, misrepresenting facts and even contradicting themselves/each other.
The difference this time is that they've had to publicly admit that the information JK supplied to the court is factually correct - even if they "forgot" about it.
I've no doubt many people will continue to believe what they say having been captured by their narrative of victimhood but most people tend to take the view that when considering the "truth" (both past and present) of proven liars, then at best you want receipts for their claims or you view what they say will a great deal of skepticism.
How this will impact H&M who knows? But their credibility has taken a huge knock.
This may/may not resonate with Netflix/Spotify but it will I'm sure be a topic of conversation - especially when the emphasis on the content they wanted to create was very much based on a "virtue" platform.
