Why do HARRY and MEGHAN write their INSTAGRAM posts with this WEIRD mix of words in block CAPITALS and others in standard script? It's very ODD.

Written by an unprofessional professional comma team perhaps.

The posts were professional when photos were being shared. Less so from when the posts just became text.

I wonder whether comms people write them, and monitor the feed/comments, but that one or both of the Sussexes has final sign off and makes 'improvements', or occasionally has bursts of enthusiasm where they like to get involved and make 'suggestions' to change posts..

By comma team I obvs mean comms team, who one hopes knows how to use a comma properly.

Fleas - Thank you for posting. I think that I am finally beginning to grasp how living in Frogmore Cottage and opening hospitals for a living may offer, ahem, a different lifestyle to 'The 'Bu'. It's just that pesky security question that remains. Hopefully, NoNo's billionaire in-law will be able to stump up soon and then everyone will be happy.

Frogmore. Under a flight path. Got lots of real frogs (according to Queen Victoria - noisy buggers, frogs). Being in Windsor Great Park, not necessaily that sunny. Neighbours mostly family or clergy living out their lives in stipend accom. Bit of a hike to London (by one's standards).

Malibu. Sunny! A listers! Smoothies! No family! Pilates, nail techs, yoga teachers all immediately on hand! A listers! Hollywood! Schmoozing!

I guess (to move back to thread topic) there may in time be some Insta posts direct from the beach front. I'll look forward to hearing more about the peaceful family time being enjoyed there.

On posting style generally, I found a couple of their most recent SussexRoyal posts to be particularly unprofessional and quite a mis-step from a comms point of view.

Eg a direct quote from one of their posts:

“If you’re home and feeling bored, you can digitally train to be a counselor.”

roseandiris you are SUMMONED for TEA. I cant bake, but make a mean sarnie. There will also be WINE in TEACUPS.

Do any of the penguins watch the Windsors? I've just been bingeing it with great delight as my tiny beast of 19 months has decided to stop sleeping through the night. That and the peguin-raderie on these posts is keeping me sane at the moment.
