Here's a follow on to the last thread, which was really enjoyable.

I missed out on Dynasty for some reason - Dallas was my thing.

I am still thinking about those hypothetical penguins. I wonder if they can get duty free at Belarus customs, if I was a penguin I would invest in some slippers, and an anti-seal device.

I think Harry has actually been to the North Pole? On one of those treks with wounded heroes, which seemed much more his sort of thing than chatting up Disney bosses.

yolo

I'm pretty sure that penguins live at the South Pole, not the North Pole.

It's the old trick question, isn't it?
ie:
Do polar bears eat penguins?

He is no Prince Andrew

That’s an excellent point TheNavigator

He should be admired for not hanging out with a convicted sex offender and having sexual relations with trafficked teenage girls.

I don't think it is expecting very much of W&K to put on a game face and be seen to be polite in public. Indeed, that is the one requirement of their (incredibly over privileged and over rewarded) role

William often looks annoyed or disengaged at events. I’m surprised his jaw hasn’t shattered yet from all that clenching.

yolofish · 11/03/2020 12:39

Praps William just has a resting bitch face? TBF HMQ has a natural one, it's probably inherited.

I hope the hypothetical penguins weren’t trafficked.

dandy you are quite right. Poor hypothetical penguins.

I love penguins, they are one of my favourite birds. I'd love to have a penguinarium (is that a word?). They are a bit smelly, but then so are chickens at times.

Yes, I think the Queen often looks fed up at events and Harry and William do not do good game face. Kate and Meghan much better at looking engaged and happy to be there.

I've just caught DH watching a video on twitter of a cat and a crow having an argument. He might know (re penguins).

For god's sake woman what are you hanging about for? Get him on the case before there's an international incident. UK pledges to help extradite hostage Penguins from Belarus.

Harry and William do not do good game face

Pre-drama Harry looked engaged though. William at best looks peeved at worst looks like he has barely contained rage

QE definitely has RBF as she looks much better when interacting with people.

These are turbulent times.

Rescuing penguins trapped in Belarus could be a thing for us all to come together and unite around!!

Hopefully the penguins are kept in suitable accommodation and updated regularly regarding their current status. I am a bit worried regarding the confusion about where their final destination is. If they are dead set for the North Pole, maybe we could implement a 12 month trial period after which they could reconsider?

DandyAF · 11/03/2020 12:59

Apparently the allegedly trafficked hypothetically hostage penguins have RBF*.

To be fair to the penguins Dandy, I would have more than a RBF is I was a penguin, suddenly finding myself in Belarus and was told that I would be shipped to the North Pole....

implement a 12 month trial period... wouldn't the polar bears have eaten them by then, to answer LaM previous point?

I just dont care about them anymore. I dont care if Harry is stressed, or Meghan is sad, or she is a narc or he is reluctant to leave.

Just go. and preferably shut up and not cause any more embarrassment

You’re so right Graceful. I do like your idea of a 12 month trial period for the penguins.

Of course, it could be that the penguins are saying they want to relocate to the North Pole permanently but actually they plan on going to Madagascar and doing some voice over work.

Do the penguins know the boss of Disney? Could that be who Harry meant when he said he knew a man? I'm so naive, I was just thinking David Attenborough...

Actually I was very impressed with H in the penguin bit

Fake Greta: 'I have 50 penguins trapped in Belarus that need relocation to the North Pole'

Harry: 'I know a man who can help'

Very impressive networking skills.

🤣
