@strictlymomdancing

Who is going to pay to listen to them? That have nothing to say that people want to hear. Maybe there will be an initial flurry of interest due to this scandal, but it will die down. They are total nobodies.

MorningCalm · 18/01/2020 19:52

I wonder if they will be allowed to use Sussex Royal as their trademark, brand. Hopefully a sound decision will be made on this.

lightnesspixie · 18/01/2020 19:53

My God I hope she's worth it. Poor Harry.

RUOK · 18/01/2020 19:53

I didn’t make that post, but I imagine she meant the people on here gleefully hoping Prince Charles will cut them off financially too

Well that certainly doesn't speak for me, or the majority of posts I've read.

DeeZastris · 18/01/2020 19:53

I very much doubt Meghan will ever meet Beatrice or Eugenia ever again. Not sure if Harry will have to bow though.

VivaLeBeaver · 18/01/2020 19:54

I think they have to have security provided them for free. They’re targets and that’s not their fault or choice.

Can you imagine if some ISIS sympathiser terrorist kidnapped Harry or Archie and did a live beheading video or held them to ransom? All sorts of nutters could be after them given the chance.

MarySidney · 18/01/2020 19:55

Do you seriously believe the Queen will treat Archie any different to all her grandchildren or just wishing?

I meant no official photos that they can use to build their brand. (And they're her great grandchildren.)

I also think it's good that the Palace have said they can no longer formally represent the Queen. So no room for any future misunderstandings.

BestIsWest · 18/01/2020 19:55

I need to know if the peaches were tinned or fresh.

And were they ok?

RUOK · 18/01/2020 19:56

Will Harry and Meghan now have to bow/curtesy to Beatrice and Eugenie?

Why would he/they? He's older (I think) and the son of the direct heir to the throne, brother of the next in line.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 18/01/2020 19:56

I wouldn't read anything into Harry being here while Meghan is in Canada. Their courtship was carried on exactly in that way, with two weeks apart between rendezvous. It's normal for them.

This has got to be the best result all round. Hopefully the papers will calm down and they'll disappear from view for a bit.

I'd like to think they would drop the court case but I fear they may think they're on a roll.

SunsetBoulevard3 · 18/01/2020 19:57

I would guess Harrybwill be in the first plane out tomorrow.

eminencegrise · 18/01/2020 19:58

I don't think the taxpayer should be paying for security for them. Sick of paying a penny for these professional whingers.

Legwarmers · 18/01/2020 19:58

@SerenDippitty
And hopefully the RF/taxpayer will not be paying for the £21m house Meghan was allegedly looking at. 😳😂😳😂. Did you read this in the daily mail - or is it just another random made up story to add to the list of others - or have you been listening to Piers Morgan....
Or maybe ... hopefully the RF/taxpayer will not be paying for the new £2m kitchen she was allegedly looking At to fit in her new £21m house . So bloody boring ...,

To be Honest I didn't take much notice of them before one way or the other but all this envy and nastiness has drawn me towards them so much that I sincerely wish them both lots of happiness in raising their young family. Smile

CatherineOfAragonsPrayerBook · 18/01/2020 19:58

But with PA out of Action who will represent the military now?

There aren't anymore serving senior RF members.

slashlover · 18/01/2020 19:58

When Philip dies, Meghan won't even come back for the funeral.

Vile.

What exactly has she done for everyone to hope they divorce?

DeRigueurMortis · 18/01/2020 20:01

Poor Harry

Err no - rather potentially very, very wealthy Harry.

He may/may not have been foofstrucked into this but he's an adult.

I frankly don't buy into this it's all M's fault - it may/may not have been her plan but he's the one that has either fully supported it or enabled it.

It's no secret he's "struggled" with his position for a long time - before he met M.

Rather than M being the driving force here it's worth considering that he chose to marry a woman who would be the catalyst and provide the skills/intellect to allow him to "break free".

Mummyoflittledragon · 18/01/2020 20:01

Yeah that Meghan is a right one I’ve heard she spends all her spare time on the Internet slagging off people she doesn’t know

Idk If this is true. But if it is: We know you just wanted to be known as Princess Meghan and live in a Buckingham Palace. But that wasn’t to be. HMQ has the measure of you. You won’t be missed.

derxa · 18/01/2020 20:02

They're a pair of grifters. No question

Normandy144 · 18/01/2020 20:02

A good compromise all round. Glad to hear the royal family have come out to support them both and especially Meghan. It sadly won't stop those who wish to believe they are anything but a couple in love.

DickDewy · 18/01/2020 20:02

Poor Harry

What? This is probably one of the best decisions he will ever make. I should think he's very happy indeed.

Iamdobby63 · 18/01/2020 20:02

Sad but I think it’s the right decision, the half in/out would never have worked. I would feel less resentful if Meghan had given it a bit longer.

I think the money from Daddy should stop as well.

Wonder if the crown will prevent William, Kate and all their children from travelling together?

slashlover · 18/01/2020 20:03

Idk If this is true. But if it is: We know you just wanted to be known as Princess Meghan and live in a Buckingham Palace.

You DON'T know this. You're just spouting nonsense on the internet. Explain to me how you know what she wanted, did she tell you?

rockingchaircandle · 18/01/2020 20:03

Glad it's all sorted! They've found a way forward and The Queen has made it clear she supports Harry and Meghan. Lovely.

Now, let's scrutinise Andrew in as much detail...

CatherineOfAragonsPrayerBook · 18/01/2020 20:04

@TheMustressMhor

No fair.

Ah well have to content myself with Lidls Bourbon biscuits

notmoresheep · 18/01/2020 20:05

No I think M&H have won its a pyrrhic win. the RF will close ranks. The notoriously snobby high society establishment (who won’t have made life easy for her anyway) and military will swiftly follow suit.

Without the protection of the royal media rota it will be open season for a while. They can’t sell tat. To make the kind of money they need on the speech circuit they have to work hard and achieve something first, without the RF behind them they no longer have the clout. What have they won?

I wish them well, but his heart seems to be for Africa, not a glossy pad in Canada or the showy tinsel of LA. They aren’t rich or talented enough to stand out there anyway. What a mess.
