Just seeing if there’s any interest. I think they have their faults but I think this may turn out to be a good thing long term. Anyone want to join in?

Nancy that made me LOL so hard.

I think maybe watching The Crown might be a bit like me watching The Office. I can’t because it’s too realistic.

Katjolo · 26/01/2020 17:25

I'm happy for them

MrsAJ27 · 26/01/2020 17:28

I am completely happy for both of them!

BBInSleepsCounting · 26/01/2020 18:31

Instead of The Crown, I'm going to pop a DVD of Mean Girls in the post for them.

Entirely their choice of course about whether or not or when they do, but following on from Nancy's post I can't help hoping that they add to their family if they can.

Aridane · 26/01/2020 18:39

Yes, I think it would be lovely if Archie has a little brother or sister. And would be delighted if birth of said sibling wasn't discovered by the tabloids until months after his birth

PortiaCastis · 26/01/2020 18:50

I hope they are having a shag marathon whilst flippin the bird at the media and others.
Yes another child would be lovely and no don't tell anyone or they'll be picking the bones of the bump again or whining about the coat the dress or just being alive and when the child is born they'll be saying more dreadful things about him/her

yolofish · 26/01/2020 20:37

Hello. I've not commented before on here, because am obviously on the 'other side' ie have started 2 threads in RF about M&H.

But honestly, is having another baby a good plan for them at the moment?

I mean, if one is one the way then that's it.

But in most MN scenarios, if your life was in turmoil, your husband had lost his job, your own career uncertain, you didnt have your own home (or security there of by renting/owning), your family/friends support network was pretty farflung and you'd just moved to an isolated area, would having another baby seem like a good idea?

GreenTulips · 26/01/2020 20:39

Well apart from the £40 odd million in the bank, they should think logically about another baby.

AutumnRose1 · 26/01/2020 20:42

Ugh yolo

PortiaCastis · 26/01/2020 20:50

Well the Queens Grandson will by birth still be the Queen's Grandson or the Kings son by birth so will never be skint or claiming is £73 JSA and I'm sure now he's buggered off away from the media and other leeches his mental health will improve significantly and he can enjoy his life with his wife and child and or children and the very best of luck to him

Roussette · 26/01/2020 20:51

Welcome yolo.

AFAIC I think she should crack on, but I was an older mother and know how difficult conceiving is the older you get. They have little Archie so are on board with all of that, another one wouldn't really make a huge difference would it... given they are financially comfortable and she has friends nearby (apparently one has recently looked after Archie)

Geoffreythecat · 26/01/2020 20:59

They should do whatever is right for them.

I think that's all there is to be said really.

PortiaCastis · 26/01/2020 21:02

Apparently the water taxis to Vancouver Island are refusing to ferry the paps over, thank goodness somebody has some dignity

HoldMyLobster · 26/01/2020 21:03

You know, when you put it like this, it's actually pretty amazing that MM had Archie when she did. Moved to a new country, hardly knew anyone, could no longer follow her own career, had little support other than a husband who was away for work a lot, house was going through massive refurbishment, media doing everything they could to isolate her.

I imagine if she has another she'll do just fine - especially if the media finally leaves her alone for a change.

SeasideChloe · 26/01/2020 21:13

LOL, NancyDrew, my thoughts as well.

I would love to see them back in the UK around Easter to launch the new charitable foundation and soon after, announce that another little H or M is on the way.

PortiaCastis · 26/01/2020 21:14

Wonder how much interest and dividends that £34million earns per day

Samcro · 26/01/2020 21:28

I hope they have another, harry will be a brilliant dad, and megham seems a natural.
I have been thinking, as you do, no wonder PW has 3 stops all the heir and spare stuff.

GreenTulips · 26/01/2020 21:30

4% interest in a bank account

PortiaCastis · 26/01/2020 21:33

Wow that's enough to live on

GreenTulips · 26/01/2020 22:21
