I seem to have a massive pile of equally middle class Good Food magazines, which Boris and Matilda enjoy sitting on occasionally.

@HumanToCatBeastiesi don't think I've ever made any recipes from the magazine but I have done three from their website which were amazing (and no kale!) In fact, one was recommended by someone on Mumsnet. Frankie was happily resting in a box while most of the other cars were upstairs. Toad however had to come down and invade the box, much to Frank's displeasure. Frankie even put his paw on Toad, with all his claws out. It made no difference.

I keep trying to teach Toad about consent but he doesn't listen. He just lives his life thinking everyone loves him and wants snuggles. He's now squashed himself behind Lexter on my office chair.

At least he wants snuggles, which is sweet. Boris just has no manners sometimes and pounces on Matilda from behind when she's relaxing or pounces on her tail while she's using the litter tray because he wants to chase and play fight, which she understandably does not like. I tell him not to be an arsehole and he hasn't done it for a while.

Kitty is Kitty-Bella & Mia Bella Caramella.

I really dread to think of the Signal chats that Gizmo would initiate. Not to mention the calls to the RSPCA to complain that he was being mistreated.

Herbie is known by many names in this house- The Herbster. Herbaceous, Herbie-werbie. Herb, Herbalicious and so on!
He has also had a sleepy, lazy day today, enjoying the sun.

That is a stunning view. My house overlooks (a rarely used except on football match days) carpark with houses being built at the far end. At least the portaloos have gone, which were outside the back of my house for about two years. At one point they took them away and I sent my mum a photo of them being winched by a crane with a message saying how relieved I was to see the back of them. They brought back new ones the same week only turned them around so I could see workmen using them without closing the door. 😬Thank fully gone now.

Ours usually have a suffix added so it's Karly, Sybie, Bazzer and of course Lenny who needs no suffix.
Karl also sometimes gets summoned by repeatedly calling Kalimar (in the voice from Indiana Jones and the Temple if Doom).
I was doing some clearing up today and discovered a stash of photos I'd not looked at for years. Enclosed a couple of pics of my first generation of cats back in the 1980s.

The tabby looks a bit like Kitty.
