An excellent cat indeed. Bit of a tool most of the time all told. Don’t even think of touching the belly. However the engine of purringness makes up for it all when he is not being a twat 🤩

I'm ordering some raw food to try shady on
He doesn't like any wet cat food except thrive which is expensive. Offered some raw mince when I was cooking and he wolfed that down along with half a raw chicken thigh

I just don't want him on 100% dry with the urine issues of him being male so raw it is!

This is our favourite child! Old and creaky and well behaved. (Not that well behaved but due to being everyones favourite gets away with it! )

Kloppy was AWOL this morning, didn't appear until 11am 😕 Was just about to send out a search party when he rocked up. He was very quiet and subdued and only picked at his food, had a little sad face like this 😿 I checked him over, no visible injuries. Plonked him in front of the fan on the bed and he soon perked up, purring away and licking my face 🙄

Sitting on my new bench, (I've wanted one for years), and he wasn't impressed with the proximity.

Frankenstein has taken to sleeping on the mantelpiece. I have been sneaking him bits of ham and chicken to try to buy his love but to no avail. Until just now...or so I thought. I gave him chicken, he did his usual snake impression and inhaled it seemingly without chewing, then a few minutes later walked along the mantelpiece, down onto my desk, onto the sofa and across to my lap. After a few minutes of indecision, he stood with all four feet on me, then decided that was enough affection and fucked back off to the mantelpiece. Dickhead

He is so handsome and lovely, but he is one of the most antisocial cats I have ever met. He's happy to be in the same room as me but if I try to stroke him, he ducks his head down and gives the quietest little "meep" noise. However, if there is the chance of ham or chicken (or any other meat or cheese) he will do circles in both directions around my legs in, as my friend calls it, hamticipation.
