Strangely I don't get food stealing in the Allergic household. I can leave a giant bag of Dreamies, open, on the (admittedly very crowded) coffee table and they've never been attacked. I can even leave a couple of Dreamies on my bedside table in the morning and they are usually there when I get home.

Lamb bones, gravy, even half eaten dinner with meat can be left on the tray on the sofa while I go to the loo or to make a cuppa and will be untouched.

Though I've never left an open packet of cooked meat lying about when I've gone out of the room - that would just be tempting fate!

Two fluffy black paws appeared on the kitchen window ledge just now. Green eyes swivelling madly in the dark, tail whirring like helicopter blades.

Luckily Robovac, feline nemesis extraordinaire, saw off the invasion.

H won’t be put off; he’ll be back for a midnight snack.

I was allowed to sleep with my hand on Prince’s floofsome white tum last night. The belly purred!

Shame I didn’t get any duvet. You can’t have everything in life.

This is my very naughty kitty, she likes to steal cheese, knock glass jars off the work top when I am at work and torments the neighbourhood cats from the safety of her catio 😂

@coastergirl by posting here I think you have shown that you're no longer just thinking about it, you actually know you are getting two kittens. The people on this thread would be the least likely to ever talk you out of getting more furry beasts.

Please post pics of any kittens that you are considering, you know we love gratuitous cat photos!

I absolutely can't get two. I've already got Walter and it's in my tenancy agreement that I can have two cats.
