So so, I'm due to start physio next month. Need to get back to the gym to strengthen it but I'm struggling for time between the two jobs!

Hope your back improves soon. The back seems to be a recurrent design fault in hoomans - Weezolcat gives me The Look when I'm doing home physio.

Eventually I snapped and bollocked him. He crept into the kitchen, had a snack of dry food and is now being a silent scarf around my neck. Guess that worked
