Well, not deliberately. Like myself, Lee can see through to Mr C's little angel nature.

cozietoesie · 25/05/2018 16:57

I'm sorry. That was 'negative thinking'. Grin

Ollivander84 · 25/05/2018 17:03

Just given the vet a call as that reminded me! She's recommended bravecto? For his flea treatment, bonus being it does 12 weeks. And a wormer spot on they won't give him tablets
Last steroid jab was 5th May so I reckon I have another week before he starts yanking his fur out Hmm

That may be the thing to do - that picture was a little reminiscent of the results after a claw was hooked in.......

Ollivander84 · 25/05/2018 17:44

Would he be able to hook a claw there though? It's on the bit where cats supposedly can't reach (flea treatment area!)

I am yet to find a nurse who sees asbos inner kitten. He’s not invited back for follow ups.

Ollie may have been in a fight?

LanaorAna2 · 25/05/2018 19:57

Lee said he was 'looking forward to seeing his friend'.

Ye of little faith Grin Grin

Olli might have scratched himself in the bush.

LanaorAna2 · 25/05/2018 23:30

Innocence personified.

It looks as if he wanted to sleep and couldn't. Wink

LanaorAna2 · 26/05/2018 10:07

He was stuffed with ham. It's a funny position isn't it. Kipped on me fine, tho'.

Until he got me up at 4:50 for more ham.

Ollivander84 · 26/05/2018 10:55

O slept in his igloo all night. Went to wake him this morning and he snapped his tail over his eyes and went back to sleep Grin

Can't remember who posted about cat milk for calories but he's just had his first taste. Lots of lip smacking going on!

Good news. How is PB on this fine bank holiday?

cozietoesie · 26/05/2018 20:01

PB is being stand-offish. (CT is at a high old temperature so he's using his radiator beds.)

LanaorAna2 · 26/05/2018 20:41

I know the feeling :) Had a day of relentless if minor frustrations culminating in DParents ringing. Despite the entire family howling at them to stop letting strangers in, they are now in the position of being demanded money from menaces by a man they befriended in the street.

12,5k of menaces. It's fine, the police and the lawyers are involved now we've got rid of their new acquaintance. They met him on Friday last. Took 7 days to get to 12.5k, started with 900 quid.

Losing capacity is one thing, but I can't help thinking I wish they would use their energy - not remotely diminishing, naturally - for something other than needing Emergency Rescues. This is the second one this month.

Now I have to sort bday presents etc for the whole family because they haven't done anything, preferring to take tea with strangers. And pay them.

Thunder! Lightning! Mr C gone to bed!

I had better get in too. I know my place.

Weezol · 27/05/2018 15:41

No storms here - could really do with one to clear the headaches I get because of atmospheric pressure.
Weezolcat has ishoos with storms. She spends their entirity shouting at them for existing without her express permission.

Fluffycloudland77 · 27/05/2018 16:03

L That’s awful. What a nightmare.

LanaorAna2 · 27/05/2018 18:15

All sorted now, the crooks have gone and parents taken out for Lovely Day To Restore Morale.

It was awful tho - DM told me they jumped around on the roof on top of her demanding money. Really unnerving for anyone, let alone old lady of over 80. DF let the whole thing go over his head, literally, insisting the baddies were perfectly respectable.

cozietoesie · 27/05/2018 18:45

PB continues to be almost emotional about Yum E Yums. I reckon that Ollie will change his mind. Wink

cozietoesie · 27/05/2018 18:48

Could the parents have someone - who you have vetted - to live with them?

LanaorAna2 · 27/05/2018 19:43

C - yes, it's on the cards. At least I'm making enquiries that have not been rejected yet :)

Ollivander84 · 27/05/2018 21:20

Snoring in the bush all day is exhausting Hmm
He's adoring the cat milk

It's boiling here, birdsong after the storm, clear and lovely.

Mr C terrible lazy. I have been reduced to bringing his roast beef to the outside of his box and coughing discreetly as I place the platter down, carefully adjusting the parsley trim as I do so.

Seems happy.
