That is a brilliant portrait.

F not diabetic. I live on diet coke and Twirls, which are both delicious. There's no justice in life.

Hmmmm. What can asbo be up to, turning the laser beam of his charm on DH? Meh, you'll find out soon enough. Has he stopped dribbling yet? asbo not DH.

Fluffycloudland77 · 20/04/2018 20:54

Still dribbling after a week, poor sod. He always plays Dh. Always has.

Twirls are lovely.

Ollivander84 · 20/04/2018 22:33

O is drooling on the back of the sofa. Been outside lots today and seems to be shouting less thank god which is good as I can't manage more than a croak without a coughing fit

I wish Mr C would clean his claws, let alone trim them. The vet refused again today after the debacle over the blood test.

Nurse Lee with the tattoos kindly says they'll try again. We both know Lee is lying. Good on him, to be honest.

Ollivander84 · 20/04/2018 23:12

Just eaten an Indian takeaway as kill or cure. Ollie is now "assisting" by sitting on my stomach Hmm

That might well do the trick O, make sure you can barely stand, no point in half measures Grin Why not force down a Bailey's, that's a well known antibiotic.

Ollivander84 · 20/04/2018 23:23

I vaguely thought the chilli and garlic might help so I topped it off with a garlic naan ConfusedGrin
I did get some sanderson's throat stuff which tastes like cayenne and acid... no baileys but I have gin?

Dead right. No one knows why curry works but it does.

Gin a good idea - quinine in the tonic is very soothing. Science, innit.

LanaorAna2 · 20/04/2018 23:38

In the old days cough medicine = apple brandy. Generations brought up on it. Then they turned to laudanum ie weak heroin. Something tells me a G&T can hardly be a problem.

One village surrounded by orchards in France was thought to be genetically not quite all there - no one of any age could read or write - until the researchers discovered it was where the apples were distilled to be 'sent up the road to Calvados'. Grin

Harry has only had his claws clipped once. I found the pain when he tried to force blunt claws through my skin was worse than the quick in and out of sharp ones!

Allergictoironing · 21/04/2018 08:27

Dear clumsy Boycat gets his caught in all sorts of things if they get too long - cushions, his throw, even the scratching post once Confused so I do have to try to get at least his fronts a little trim.

LanaorAna2 · 21/04/2018 11:47

Had a lovely cuddle and 10 hours straight snuggle with Mr C. Sets you up for the weekend.

Ollivander84 · 21/04/2018 11:52

Ollivander84 · 21/04/2018 20:20

Toenails on show too Grin

Papergirl1968 · 21/04/2018 21:38

Ahh, gotta love Ollie, toenails and all

Ollivander84 · 21/04/2018 21:50

He's spark out now after gallivanting outside all day and stealing my egg mayo

cozietoesie · 21/04/2018 22:06

From inside the fridge? Shock

Ollivander84 · 21/04/2018 22:19

No, from the bowl on my lap. He ambushed me from the back of the sofa and plunged face first into it. Strangely I didn't want the rest of it after that Hmm

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 21/04/2018 22:36

Ah Hah. Under the paw. Wink

Ollivander84 · 21/04/2018 23:06

He's had a great day outside at least, tired him out!

cozietoesie · 21/04/2018 23:10

Wee soul. Smile

Papergirl1968 · 21/04/2018 23:11

Matt is loving the nice weather. After barely stirring off the sofa for months, he is enjoying going out for two or three hours, coming in for a meal, then off out again.
Although when we had a rain shower this afternoon, he did revert to snoozing on the sofa.
Hopefully he will lose a bit of weight this summer!

cozietoesie · 21/04/2018 23:16

Is he hunting? Smile

cozietoesie · 22/04/2018 00:28

I've just been given a mouthful (a 'side-mouthful', even) for putting PB's Midnight Supper in the kitchen and not at his new feeding station. Grin
