Mine are pleased that I'm home in time for the end of Pointless. Unfortunately they hate Pointless and would rather sit outside in the rain glowering in at me.

Put a sign on it saying "dogs house"

Move it to one side and stick a "charity shop" label on it. That usually works

Snorg has take to accompanying me to the toilet. She gets very excited and looks like she’s spraying but isn’t. I think I she likes the texture of the bath mat under her paws. So I just bought her one to go in her teepee.

Supposedly helping me tidy pots, but really making more mess for me take care of. She's very busy today. Must be the full moon coming.

My kitten had his first independent outdoor experience and went straight up a tree and got stuck !!

Cat is driving me mental, I bought a bag of mini cheeses earlier to snack on whilst reading.

We're both on my bed. When I tried to snack on a mini jarlsburg she swiped it. Then I had to relinquish the red leicester.

ClawsCat is sleeping. She has no excuse other than she is quite photogenic when she is asleep, so she aims to do it often.

Clawscat is a beautiful Burmese, Papergirl. Descended from royalty, she believes.

I'd love it if someone could hazard a guess as to what breed Coco is... was told she was a Siamese/Birman cross but I have my doubts...

That was an interesting evening! At my new temp job, talking to one of the guys I'm working closely with, & we started talking cats. He was proudly telling me about the really rare coloration of one of his boys - Black smoke with charcoal tabby stripes - and how surprised his vet had been and how much he'd emphasized the rarity.

Cue loads of cooing over pics of each others black smoke charcoal tabbys, as that's what Girlcat is!

My dad left us at 4am. I wasn’t there. He was terminal and he had a fag and died listening to country and western. I’m down south they are up north. Daphne never sits on my knee but she won’t keave me alone bless her.
