Their current house is already amazing. I couldn't understand the issue but I guess no matter what we have we always want more.

Basically want a larger entertaining space for a table to sit 8/12 and then to sit /lounge afterwards

Pip was silly to show the perfect house at end but no En suite

Tho tbh they aren't all that

If people poo they stink the bedroom out

If they wee they wake you up in the night

Own bathroom. Next door is nicer but understand why some like en suite

If have a good space /ventilation then ok

Where I work at the moment I have en suite and it's lovely but only me using it

If had to share with dh he may wake me

For those of us who love "property porn" - Location Location, Old House to New, Grand Designs, Love it or List etc there is a great tv programme imo on RTE 1 ( Irish station ) called Home of the Year. This seasons started yesterday and is available on the RTE Player.
Oh my the first house was just fabulous !

I don’t suppose Kirsty and Phil are very keen on making a series in a falling market as there would be no urgency on making an offer if the advice would be sit tight for six months it may be cheaper!

A few knew. Some repeats and some catch ups which are seen shows with 5mins extra tacked on the end

I think they should do the show in a different order . Do the build first , then look at houses and make an actual choice rather than a theoretical one. They could get a real up to date valuation of the newly renovated house and know exactly what budget they have to work with and direct comparisons on what is on the market.
In the current format they could fall in love with another house but its all hypothetical as they cant put their own house on the market while its part way through a renovation. But that house or similar is likely not on the market by the time they are ready to sell.
