I have two friends who live in townhouses and yes kitchen on ground floor and toilet

Then living room first floor bathroom and bedroom

Second floor 4 bedrooms

Lovely couple. Great house but overlooked and too many stairs as they’re getting older … although that’ll keep them fit!

First house was lovely. I know the area and it seemed cheap! Must be a reason for that.

A system of lights in each h room would probably solve most issues. And probably needed in any houser they are in.

E4 tonight

Maidenhead miles and raakhee are out off by their kitchen which is shut off

Guessing Kirsty will knock down a wall or extend out making a huge kitchen

Same here. They really didn't need to move due to one wall blocking off the kitchen!

This one was annoying - they basically just took down a wall to make the kitchen and dining room into a kitchen diner. Plus changed the window into glass doors. I could have designed that one myself!

I think they just wanted to be on TV . I’m no architect or interior designer but even I would manage to have worked out that if I removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room it would make one larger room . I didn’t like the sliding doors to the other rooms either .

I agree with you. I thought up and down the UK viewers would be a bit peeved listening to them say the 4 bedroom house didn't work for their family of 2 +a toddler.
Rubbing people's noses in it.
It was like K&P were scraping the barrel to find somebody/anybody to go on the show.
It was immaculate and all it needed was the wall taking down
I felt the grey kitchen they put in was dark.
I did like the new style interior doors though.

I like the work they did but it was annoying when they said they'd never thought of that. It's literally what every house renovator does right now.

It was just like they'd renovated the whole house, and this was the last room to do, so might as well do it on tv.

I love those sliding glass doors (the internal ones).

Gill and John can't decide whether to love or list an inherited 2 bed in the country side or list and head to the city

So far all have loved it

But if it's all about location. Maybe this week will list and move

Me neither. It really wasn't in keeping with the original house and looked like a completely different house had just been tacked onto the front!

I actually thought they might list it, until I heard how much they had spent 😳
