Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my GOD
....
Did I mention, OH MY GOD!!!!!??????

FreakFanciesTheWindowCleaner · 10/02/2010 14:46

Episode 3 here...

And yes, Oh My God

AnathemaDevice · 11/02/2010 19:43

Watched episode 3 last night. Have I mentioned yet how much I hate Kate? Just leave Sawyer alone, you silly cow!
Not a great episode (mainly because I hate Kate-centric episodes), but redeemed itself in places- old faces turning up...
Re. the parallel timelines, the producers have said that they will merge about a third of the way through the series, it'll be interesting to see how they manage it.

CrosswordGeek · 11/02/2010 21:20

Anathema - Kate is really annoying, isn't she? What was with the crying?! Poor Sawyer, he needs a big naked cuddle with me.

braveandcrazy · 12/02/2010 17:17

My friend from work has a theory that Jack saw Desmond on the plane because he was there to save Charlie's life again - like he tried to do in season whatever. He was gone once Charlie was out of the loo and okay - it's a bit far out but I like the idea and wish I could come up with theories like that!

Shoshe · 12/02/2010 21:01

Are we ready?

Shoshe · 12/02/2010 22:00

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Sawyer.

MintChocAddict · 12/02/2010 22:07

Phew!
So....am now thinking that if it's a battle of good vs evil... the man in black/Locke is actually the good guy and Jacob/Sayid is the bad one? - If the stange hippy crowd in the temple are to be believed????

This would back up the promotional photo for series 6 of the last supper with Locke in the position of Jesus and Sayid standing in the position of Judas??

Or something.

Shoshe · 12/02/2010 22:12

Or are the temple guys the crucifiers, killing the good, to let the bad survive, they said it had happened before to Claire?

But she is still alive, and outside the temple?

And what time frame are we in 2010?

And please let Sawyer have Juliette back.

And why is Ethan the doctor?

And where is Sun?

OP posts:
MintChocAddict · 12/02/2010 22:24

Argggh! I think I'm getting a nosebleed.

I think everyone is now in the present time.

Ethan's the doctor because he was also the doctor who carried out tests on pregnant Clare on the Island.

Sun was last seen with the pilot, Locke/man in black, Ben and all Richard's people on the beach as the dead Locke lay nearby. I think they're all making their way to the temple so that Locke/man in black can return home. So theoretically Sun could bump into Jin, Clare, Kate and Sawyer on route.

?????

PlumBumMum · 13/02/2010 16:05

Posts without looking haven't watched yet, I am watching tonight on Sky2 so see you all later

cocolepew · 13/02/2010 16:07

Why was Sayid being all wimpy? It was a complete personality change.

Kate gets on my goat.

Rollergirl1 · 14/02/2010 22:08

Just thinking about the whole Locke/Christian body on a plane thing. In the last series it was very much accentuated that the next flight had to be as true to the original as possible in order for them to get back on the island. So Locke's body in the coffin was the equivalent of Christian's. On the Oceanac flight it was Christian's body, who later appeared to be Jacob. And the latter flight had Locke, who later turned out to be the smoke monster. So good and bad both represented. So would that mean that Claire is good as she was with Christian? And if she is good then so is Sayid? Based on what the temple leader guy said?

But then what about the fact that Christian's body has gone missing from the present day oceanic flight? What does that mean?!

PlumBumMum · 14/02/2010 23:55

I don't think Christian was taken over by good, because remember somebody (excuse my alcohol addled brain) went to the cabin and said Jacob hadn't been there in a longtime,

ohh and just remembering that when Locke went to the cabin he saw Jacob who said help me BUT what if that wasn't Jacob but smokie guy???????

AnathemaDevice · 17/02/2010 20:54

Just watched this weeks episode. Sawyer in his pants, oh yes... (and a manky old vest, which spoilt the look somewhat)

Anyone else watched it yet?

lucykate · 17/02/2010 21:00

i have!!, just watched it online, so much better without all the ad breaks. but sawyer in his boxers, he turned round and they were brown at the back! i know they're all getting a bit grubby on the island but that so spoilt it for me! good episode though, best one yet i thought this series.

AnathemaDevice · 17/02/2010 21:17

I'm liking the parallel timeline/flash sideways stories, the way the Losties are bumping into each other. I thought for a moment that the kid that Locke asked for directions from would be Walt, but I suppose that wouldn't have been possible as the actor who plays him is probably about 18 by now.

Who do you think the child was? The one that spoke to Flocke?

Why wasn't Kate one of the candidates, if Jacob had met and touched her in the past?

Shoshe · 19/02/2010 21:48

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OP posts:
PopsyWind · 21/02/2010 19:44

AD - I thought the child looked like a young version of Jacob

AnathemaDevice · 21/02/2010 20:56

I thought it could be a young Jacob, or maybe Aaron- though how he managed to age a few years, get to the Island and get himself covered in blood, I don't know.

I woner why Flocke and Sawyer could see him, but Richard couldn't?

pollywollywoowah · 22/02/2010 11:22

Why is Hugo now called Hugo Raez not Hugo Hurley? Have I missed something?

sayanything · 22/02/2010 11:25

Hurley's real name is Hugo Reyes - Hurley is a nickname, but I don't think we've been told how he came about it.

Mind you, I bet Lostpedia would have a whole article on this.

PfftTheMagicDragon · 22/02/2010 11:25

Hugo Reyes is his name, Hurley is a nick name.

I thouht that the child was young Jacob, he looked so similar to grown Jacob.

Josh Holloway has been showing some acting chops these last couple of episodes. And some other chops

suitejudyblue · 23/02/2010 09:23

I think the nickname Hurley comes from the car that he did up with his father in a previous series. In the one where he goes on the run after seeing dead Charlie for the first time it says the model of the car is a Hurley, I can't remember the manufacturer.

AnathemaDevice · 25/02/2010 22:28

It's a good one this week- which is surprising, considering it's a) a Jack episode and b) has no Sawyer, and hardly any Sayid. I'm loving mad Claire!
