I think the leg waxing and the nightie back to front is very significant.....Joe obviously likes the smooth appearance of young girls (yes, he's a perv) and when he has sex with juliet he makes her turn over, and put her nightie on the other way so that she appears like a flat chested, hairless young girl when he does "it" to her.....juliet knows it's only a matter of time before joe starts on the daughter because when she is pregnant he won't be able to get his kicks from raping her as she will not look right (i.e. she will be a woman who is pregnant) - plus coming off the drugs has given Juliet more clarity....I bet the daughter waxes her legs because her father has suggested it..... ughhh....can't wait until tonights episode.

Maybe the twist is that she does actually want him dead, and something on the CCTV footage points to the fact that she is coming in to finish the job......but maybe they don't find this out until after the trail is finished and she is acquitted? (after all, if he lives, then she's left in prison with him having free rein to do what he wants with the daughter so that's no use is it?)......but then again, we didn't actually see her do the stabbing did we, so I am also liking the theories to do with it being the daughter, out of jealousy as she has "become more like mummy", and sees it as her role....oh - so many theories to choose from!!!

We did see the stabbing - well not the knife going in, but him humping then sort of strangled breathing as the knife went in then Juliet getting out of bed as he rolls over with knife in him. Daughter definitely did not stab him.

I like LillianGish's summation of what was going on.

I do think Juliet did it. No way round that, and she hasn't denied it. I think there will be surprises though, but they won't be about who did it, just why or about the family's backstory.

The doctor friend has a lot more to say IMO. I expect a big speech from him. And a surprise new character in the form of the actor friend of a friend of someone on this thread.

I don't think there's any relevence in the waxing, it's just it's the only exciting bit of the show. Unless Joe & Dr are part of a paedo ring.
