And I thought he was definitely gay (and assumed he'd only been married to Nicole to get her a visa/work permit). But then they all seem really gay but lots of them are married. Apparently Brian snogged one of the female slebs last year (can't remember which one, I'm sure I read it on MN though) so maybe not gay?

Matthew Cutler is definitely gay but am soooo sad he went out. He was my favourite male dancer but am happy to support Brian now as I thought last year, him and Kristina were by far the hottest professional dancers!

Alesha is dreadful and I really liked her... It was interesting that Darcy Bussel is coming in as a judge from the quarter finals onwards - am presuming she is replacing Alesha, here's hoping anyways!

Alesha, doesnt know her arse from her elbow and is clearly out of her depth. Have you noticed Bruno and Craig agree or disagree with each others comments as she has nothing constructive to offer - 'look, you're in pink to the goldfish off eastenders' Cringe!!!

D'Arcy Bucell (sp?) is taking over towards the end when knowledge is called for, in the meantime Alesha is placed far enough down the line to take her lead from Len, I bet she has 2 double sided paddles in her hands at judging time. Either 5/6, 7/8, 9/10 and has to take her lead from Len.

I've always had a soft spot for Brian. He does a lot of work with disabled dancers, and had taught wheelchair ballroom for years. A friend of mine is head of a SEN school and he has done free sessions with her students with severe learning disablilities, and apparently has a lovely, natural way with the young people.

Arlene should be on there.She is the one with the experience.

I watched it last night and felt sorry for Alesha. She is out of her depth, nothing constructive to say.
And I really missed Arlene. What a shame, I think strictly is not the same without her.

It was in some horrid cheapy gossipy mag (in the hairdresser's, honest guv) that I read that Christine B was being simpered over by Adrian Chiles, Matthew C and Simon Cowell (who apparently had her in his special box at Ascot or somewhere slebs go in daft hats)

I'm very cross at MN's link to this thread: 'Strictly - Better without Arlene?' as if that is what we are all saying. We are all saying the effing opposite and complainng about the misogyny of removing her.

Totally agree that Alesha, whilst no doubt a lovely person and a good ex champ, should in no way be a judge on Strictly...Either she needs to get better quickly or BBC need to find a replacement. I wasn't the biggest Arlene fan but surely there are other women out there qualified to judge?

Did anyone else notice how Craig said the opposite to Aleisha? It got more obvious on the 2nd night. Aleisha said something about someone's arms being a bit floppy and all over the place - Craig then said the arms were the best bit. There were points when Aleisa was speaking and Craigs face just said it all!

I think it's pretty obvious that Len and Craig aren't very happy with the new judge.

I think Aleesha was a big mistake but I feel sorry for her - I hope the BBC take her aside and give her some coaching before next week. She needs to comment more on the outfits, the entertainment value, their likability, their chemsistry choice of music etc etc.
