When she was crying when Ant said she couldn't sing again it was the fakest thing I've ever seen. And the speed at which she turned them off.

Horrible child and even more horrible mother for making her that way.

As for the idiots public who can be so cynically manipulated, FFS.

I want Aiden to win but I think it will go to Susan who doesn't deserve it on her talent but gets the sympathy vote.

my 6year old got up on stage and told jokes on holiday. she is funny. but thats it[and she asked to go on to do it.

dd1 who is 9, in the choir, lovely voice wouldnt go up and sing. i could imagine her getting as upset as holly did. not fair on her imo. dd1 enjoys singing, will perform with school choir and at home when i'm apparently not watching, etc etc but doesnt want everyone watching just her

exactly, misdee! they have only one childhood, and even 16 is still so young, although legal age.

what is so wrong with waiting and then they can help decide for themselves?

it is a hard line to walk, as a parent, but you have to be the adult, you have to see it from the perspective and know when it's too much for that age and pull them away from that, no matter how much they hate it and you can use the money.

because they're your child, not your financial vehicle.

Agree with Violet RE stamp your feet and you'll get your own way. I thought there was an element of brattishness going on there.
