Strictly 2026 : THE LAUNCH SHOW 19.25hrs How will our new presenters fare ? NO SPOILERS

[EineReiseDurchDieZeit]

A shiny new thread for a shiny new series. Please bring your dancing shoes over here.

Not sure whether I am doing weekly threads or not yet. Yet to decide, but I’m doing one for the first episode anyway.

The preshow chat thread has been quiet and I’m wondering if lots of people aren’t watching due to the departure of Tess and Claude. I have my reservations about the new presenting team but I’m willing to give them a chance.

KEEP DANCING 💃

Phew.

YAY BACK!

No ome knows theres about 5 threads now!

Some glitch in the universe there. Hi again

Who is female dancing with Nancy?

Oh yay! Cach is stunning.
I like all 3 presenters I just can’t get used to there being 3 of them!
Rooting for Melanie, Lacey, Tabby and Cach so far.

Thank you.
I don't actually know any of the men but I often don't.

Thank the Lord we’re back!

Oh goody!!! 🙄

Will can dance ok. Just pretends he can't.

I know this! She is Bethany Antonia, an actress from House of The Dragon.

Baela Targaryen from Dance of Dragons.

Cach is beautiful!

What does John do ? Influencer ?

I'm exhausted by all the excitement.

But glad we're all back.

Finally seeing Katya!!

Yaaay we are back

The thread police will be spitting feathers 😂

Moderator was a delta fan.

The hairdresser looks like a soap actor.

Katya is my favourite pro female. Hope she gets a good one this year.

Yay Dianne Katya and Lauren!

How much name dropping from the Hairdresser ???

Well that was weird…. Glad you’re all back!

I can't believe how few of these "celebs" I have actually heard of before, I only know of 5 of them! I don't think there has ever been a year where I know who so few are!

I like John.
