Not sure whether I am doing weekly threads or not yet. Yet to decide, but I’m doing one for the first episode anyway.

The preshow chat thread has been quiet and I’m wondering if lots of people aren’t watching due to the departure of Tess and Claude. I have my reservations about the new presenting team but I’m willing to give them a chance.

I find weekly threads really good for if you’re not watching live, it’s much easier to find the right section to follow along with.

I never watch the pairing-up show anyway, so I have another week to decide.

I have not been as much of a fan recently but still follow what’s going on on these threads when it gets nearer the final. The (everyone said he was going to win from the beginning) Hamza series annoyed me and that’s the first one where I’ve not seen it through to the end. Either pretend it’s a competition or don’t; when it’s so obvious who they want to win, it’s just annoying. Like when certain people get to stay in for Blackpool just because. I also dislike Shirley with a passion and she’s still there…
Having said all that in my miserable voice, I have always liked Emma and JoJo is okay if he can hold the tears back long enough to say anything. I’ll have to see if I can put up with Josh!

Until last season I used to watch to enjoy the dancing even if I didn't have a clue about the technical side and to enjoy the pretty clothes. This year, however, I'm confessing to a guilty interest to see how Julian does.

I hope that he gets a partner. He was such a sweetie to Balvinder last year.
