Strictly 2026 : THE LAUNCH SHOW 19.25hrs How will our new presenters fare ? NO SPOILERS

[EineReiseDurchDieZeit]

A shiny new thread for a shiny new series. Please bring your dancing shoes over here.

Not sure whether I am doing weekly threads or not yet. Yet to decide, but I’m doing one for the first episode anyway.

The preshow chat thread has been quiet and I’m wondering if lots of people aren’t watching due to the departure of Tess and Claude. I have my reservations about the new presenting team but I’m willing to give them a chance.

KEEP DANCING 💃

That was a lot.

Josh very awkward but trying hard!

Emma looking lovely ! 😊

Not sure Josh has!

Emma needs a different colour dress!

Not keen on Emma’s dress.

Is it live tonight?

Emma is great, I think she’s very much in charge 😄

Oh just seen it's recorded

It doesn’t suit her decolletage!

I already hate the trio presenting 😭

Give me Bradley Walsh and Emma!

Yea that dress is a no for me.

Also cant lie. The way she is pronouncing dancing is grating on me!!

I had a barbie doll as a child with a dress like Emma’s.

Emma Willis' voice grates on me.

Very nice outfits on Motsi and Shirl

Oh it's not live?!

Not keen on the choice of hosts. Love Johannes and sad he isn't dancing.
Can't stand Josh.
Not sure how many episodes we will watch here.

In what way?

Not til next week!

Josh needs to go

The launch show never is

I think it looks squashed

Damn

Still I'll enjoy it, just glad it's back!

Five new dancers!

Johannes needs voice coaching.
