So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

I am guessing Gary would throw it into the canal as that is what they usually do so difficult to retrieve.

Or maybe he went and buried it with Rick Neelan's corpse

Wasn’t Rick dug up when his ex-wife “confessed” to his murder on her death bed to protect Kelly (her daughter) who was close to Gary. I think!

But friends can't legally cover for a murderer and dispose of evidence.

I am not saying he will not be in trouble just that it will not help Sarah.

She had plenty of time to confess and the fact she did not has nothing to do with Gary.

Hasn't Kit helped Sarah before, he planted evidence in baddie Nathan's car, I remember a necklace??

Sarah was caught by Kit trying to frame Nathan for Laurens "murder" and he then planted DNA evidence that Lauren had been in Nathans van
Then Laurens wasnt actually dead, I cant remember how that panned out

Kit said he will make sure Gary only goes down for aiding and abetting or something, (and get like, 5 years) if he comes forward and confesses to helping Sarah, and says he convinced her to dispose of the weapon and do what she did,,,

But I wouldn't trust Kit an inch if I was Gary. He has already screwed him over, with the thing with the phones. He will very likely try to pin the murder on Gary.

As it is, I reckon (as I said before) Kit has no way of pinning anything on Gary. THAT is why he needs him to 'confess.'

Kit is fit, but he's toxic and bent, and bitterly jealous of Gary.

If he finds the weapon where Gary's phone shows where he was I think he will get him locked up. Covering up a death by hiding the weapon will get you locked up. Recently the Sikh man who stabbed and killed someone had the knife hidden by his mum. She's in prison now.

Just checked. She got three years for removing the knife from the scene.

Two thoughts. If Theo's death was as a result of Sarah whacking him with the pole (as opposed to someone else coming along afterwards to finish him off) surely the charge would be manslaughter rather than murder? She didn't intend to end his life.

And would the insurance company have handed out the life insurance so readily when all the threads are left dangling?

There has to be a way if sorting this mess. I'd be devastated if Garreh can't go on his holibobs with his little family.

It could be either, it's murder if it was her intention to kill or seriously injure him, manslaughter if that wasn't her intent, self defence if she did it in fear of her life. Shed have to convince CPS it wasn't her intention to kill,/seriously injure him for it to be manslaughter. Kit wants it to be self defence but her not immediately saying that damages her case which is why he wants Gary to admit he told her to go when she was clearly distressed which explains why she didn't admit it.

Why does Sarah have a phone in her cell? Someone else did recently too. Is this normal?

I am only watching because I'm so concerned about Gary and need to see him heading off to Florida.

Apparently so. Many prisoners have a phone in their cell. They are restricted on who they can call, and for how long, and the calls will be recorded, but it's a fairly recent initiative.
