What was it that Brodeh and his mates ran away from? (When they ended up in the spa, with Glenda, Salleh, Debbie, Christine Bernie...?) The group of 'hardcases' chased them away, but why did they run? And why to the spa?

Well I found tonight’s episode pretty dreadful. I know a lot of people love it, but I hate the Debbie and friends silliness. And I could have happily shot Carl and Co!

Are we supposed to know the kids chasing Brodie, Dylan and Betsy?

The only convincing thing tonight was Maria worrying about Gary having an affair. And the comment about why would Sarah sleep with Gary when she’s got. Kitt!😂

Brodeh is meant to be a tough guy, he and Dylan have both been in Juvie, as if they would run away from some random scrotes.
None of it makes any sense

I haven't watched for a few weeks and gave it a try tonight but it's really painful. Nick's acting during Sam's diagnosis was embarrassingly bad. So Sam is schizophrenic. That's quite an interesting direction to take him but I have no confidence they will do it well.

Debbie's had a haircut, I love her with short hair.

The gun saga was just sad. No one was going to shoot anyone, pointless dramatics. It is such a shame about Carl, he is a good actor and could have been a good character if they had not taken him past the point of no return.

An hour of Corrie nowadays is definitely way too long.

That was just completely weird, did they mix up filming schedules and shoot that bit by accident as it made no sense?

I found the gun thing really awful. No tension at all there. Carl is a good baddie, but that jumped the shark a bit.

none of the scrotes on Corrie even look like scrotes, not the sort of polyester clad rat face urchins that you have to avoid at the bus stop. Brody looks soft as shite and so did this lot

I wouldn’t like the whole girlie / spa thing. Christina made me laugh when she was taunting Salleh.
She took it well though! They seem to be able to say things and it doesn’t cause too much offence.

It is plain silly how Gary and Sarah keep hugging in public.

Whatever they have been up to, they are meant to be keeping it on the down low but they keep bringing attention to themselves

See I like the friendship between them because it’s trying to go back to Corrie roots with strong female friendships. Ryan can wait on them every time, loved the different outfits

Glad I'm not the only one who had no clue what Brodeh and his pals were running from? Bizarre scene. Also thought the Carl and the gun scene was odd.

Not the best episode tonight IMO.

I am glad to see anything that does not involve any of the panto villains or some sort of crime.

I hate how they are making comedy out of the dementia story line. What on earth were they doing in that dingy storeroom?

That was a dreadful episode. At first the girls together having a laugh was good but it’s just too much now. I couldn’t hear what half of them were wittering on about and didn’t find it funny last night at all. The Brodeh thing was silly. All over a can of beer, running into a hotel where the girls just so happen to be. A part of a hotel that’s closed off due to flooding? Completely unbelievable. Then Carl and the gun. Are we now going to have a who done it when it goes off?

I used to like the girl meet ups with Debbie, they were funny. But it just seems like forced fun now, every time is a repeat of the last one. (Obviously it's better than watching Swain arrest the wrong person again, goes without saying.)

Everything Brody does seems to be annoying and stupid.

I agree @Shellingbynight , they're overdoing the girly get together stuff.

The scriptwriters need to get to the stationery shop to buy some fine liner pens, rather than the big fuck off markers that Tony Hart ❤ knew how to use properly.
