Jane is not a serious buyer I don’t think - over a 100 viewings! Who would pay half a million for that first house either. I guess she must be nervous about spending all of that money at once if it represents all she has worked for.

Me neither, and I’d be very wary if the vendor doing the roof. How do you know it’s been done properly. Isn’t 7 days a bit quick to put an entire new roof on?

Yes, I thought that. They won’t have done any substantial repairs if it only took 7 days.

Just seen this thread now after having watched the episode and thinking the same things:

Jane a pain! But glad she got the one she wanted from before, in the end. She really did come across as having no intention to buy anything intially though.

Couple seemed lovely. Glad they found something too.
