still moaning! To be fair, I don’t like the new build. Too open plan and the road would put me off.

Not great houses this week in terms of compromises (traffic, small gardens) but the Home Counties are expensive I guess. I don’t blame them for being picky as £450K for a mediocre property is disappointing. This last house for EE is the nicest I think as is the new build for the young couple.
