Some strange shaped rooms in this corner plot end of terrace house. But much better for them imho.

They are going to have to decide and act fast if they want this house though what with the open house coming up with loads more potential viewings!

The third house is nicest for the S African couple.
Not keen on that 3rd house for the other couple - it feels dark and dingy. The second one was nice but they balked at the price a bit.

The guy in the Welsh couple is coming across as smug and stingy! They should just have accepted the £265k the seller counter offered instead of making a new offer of £262.5k ffs!

Maybe the Welsh housing market is not as hot as the English one, but I'm finding both sets of buyers are playing hardball tonight 🤨

£2.5K is quite a lot though- it will pay their fees or get a few items of furniture. It was a nice house but was the only access via that steep ramp?

Yes, I didn't like the steep downward sloping gradient of the driveway at all. Maybe they could get that levelled out in time?

I thought the house next door looked very dilapidated which would have put me off. They were a local couple though who obviously knew the neighbourhood and knew where they wanted to be.
