I really enjoyed this series, I will miss my Friday night feel good! I never thought Humphrey would lose his job, as that's the whole premise of the programme, but pleased he didn't. I wonder if Zoe is coming back or if she's left the show?

Guessed this one from all the twin/matching pair foreshadowing, and noticed the display case in the antique shop. Why didn’t they dust the case/note for fingerprints?
Smith was spectacularly stupid smooching in front of a police station too (but he’s smug enough that it was plausible he thought he’d get away with it).

Predictable and implausible stuff in that last episode but I loved it anyway. I'd go so far as to say I much prefer it to Death in Paradise, though I enjoy that too. I couldn't get on at all with the Australian spin off. Hope this one gets renewed with a Christmas special included.

I was partly hoping that he wasn't being scammed as I do get a bit fed up with how daft/clueless he can be & you'd hope he wouldn't have fallen for it at all.

I hope there’s another series, I enjoy this show, albeit a bit cheesy it’s fun and lighthearted.

I will so miss this! It took over from Doc Martin as my Friday Feelgood watch. The theme tune alone gives me the warm and fuzzies.

I knew Celia would save him from the beginning, but no matter. The map story was ridiculous, but no matter.

I loved it that Celia’s own detective story had its own ‘Agatha Christie’ reconstruction scene, like the main mysteries do.

Please let there be a series 5!
