Welcome to Thread 5 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

Candidates for murder in Episode 6: Ellie, Faraaz, Jade, Matthew, Reece and Sam (Amanda was also a potential but was banished beforehand and Fiona and Stephen cannot be murdered).

We as audience are being led to believe that they are all family or friends or even acquaintances. I believe there are are 2/3 maybe 4 connections. Two of which are already established. Good luck everyone working out the remaining two or one! It’s a game and we are being played. Love it though!

But wasnt it that Fiona anticipated that Rachel was going to use what Amanda said to point the finger at others and that made Fiona instantly realise that Rachel had her own game plan. So she then decided just nipping it in the bud was the best tactic .....rather than because she was jealous. Or have I read that all wrong.

So glad Fiona is gone!

Someone suggested earlier that Harriet might ask who the traitors are. I wonder if they’ll be tempted to put their own names as Harriet will assume they’ll lie and be using it to eliminate suspects.

I keep thinking that at some point Jessie is going to reveal herself as much cooler and less bouncy than she seems. I dont think she's a hairdresser. And Jade seems like she darent put a foot wrong. She hardly says anything.

Given the traitors can lie, I'm not sure there's much point to this, but I really want to hear Harriet's questions anyway.

It would be amusing if they offed Jessie then didn't recruit Matthew. Although I do want Jessie to stay.

Maybe next year we need a separate thread for guessing connections 😁

Love it so far. I am a little bit worried about Harriet though. I really want her to win but it’s harder when you’re such a serious threat to the traitors - even if you’re fairly sure of who at least one of them is, it’s very hard to play it right, when it’s your personal qualities and character that get you voted out. And asking questions to the traitors brings her further forward to attention…

You just know that someone like Roxy, Ellie or James will go much further, because they didn’t have any airtime yet, and being clueless helps you stay under the radar.

I like Stephen. I like a traitor who blushes and sweats- they are working harder at the job than those who find lies and manipulation easy.
I didn’t hate Rachel or Fiona, though. Fair play to both. Fiona had the mistrust and doubts that come from being team-less at the start, being the secret traitor. Rachel is focused on being the last one standing.

Anyway, I hope Harriet stays till the final.
But the nature of the game is such that I’m almost always disappointed in who wins (with the exception of the celebrity version, the end of which I enjoyed.)

Will the questioners tell everyone what happened or keep it to their group?

I think following Matthew’s question they either need to do what he’s suggested or murder him at the next opportunity.

Would be funny if they were offered the chance to seduce following the questions, seduce Harriet and then kill Matthew.

Well Rachel's going to have to make something up if they do. I guess she can work with Stephen on what that should be. The rest are bound to ask, but if anyone in the group is thought of a traitor, they'd be unlikely to let them know what the answers are. Hmm. Tricky.

I wonder if anyone will guess that one if the questioners might be a traitor.

I predict a Faithful win which will include Roxy and maybe James. Rachel will bring Roxy all the way to the final as she’s her new bestie and is no threat to her. They’ll kill Harriet and Jessie soon. Stephen will be banished before the final. I can see dim Roxy bagging the jackpot.

Harriet will be wondering.

I bet Harriet has a murder board in her room, with marker pens. She's good.

Adam (he is the builder interchangeable man, yes?) seems to be floating very far under the radar and not saying much. He might last a while.

Yes. Sadly, I think a lot of the dull ones will outlast Harriet and Jessie.

Amanda telling Rachel to tell....like she was the detective and had all the insight.....and got absolutely everything wrong. If you think about it, it's actually hilarious.

That's an interesting theory about Jessie!

I know. He's lovely. He looks like a 5 year old who's just caught his best friend with his hand in the cookie jar and now the grown ups have caught them both.in the kitchen.

Perhaps she’s an undercover police officer

Shes already shown that the kids tv presenter exterior is covering a very sharp brain, so I think that ship may have already sailed.
