Welcome to Thread 5 of Traitors 2026.

This thread runs at TV pace so do not read any further if you are not up to date with the live broadcast. Whilst most discussion will be on the current series, inevitably people will refer to previous series/players/winners so reader beware if you’ve not seen the 3 previous editions, or the celebrity version.

While we welcome posters discussing their theories and speculating on relationships/connections between players, please don’t post spoilers from elsewhere that may ruin things for those of us who like to see things unfold over the course of the series.

Candidates for murder in Episode 6: Ellie, Faraaz, Jade, Matthew, Reece and Sam (Amanda was also a potential but was banished beforehand and Fiona and Stephen cannot be murdered).

Possibly and I think they do need old women representation - although I’m not sure Fiona was the best example!

What’s Harriet going to ask? She is sharp and is on to Rachel.

Fiona voted Sam as she had sussed that he would be up and the votes would likely between him and her.

I thought fairest of them all meant beautiful.

I’d have had more respect for Fiona if she said “yes the game got to me and I lost it”. She was lying on Unvloaed and it was 100% obvious.

I think Stephen might get away with his drama and tears because of the general delight in banishing a Traitor.

I think there will be some more connections but they won't announce them all as people leave otherwise we would all be looking for them (we are already). It would be very coincidental if there were only two (Judy/Roxy and Ross/Ellie) and they were both revealed early on.

We were on the London Underground once, with a friend of ours who we'd just watched in a starring role in a West End production. Also on the train were several groups of people, all clutching show programmes so they'd clearly watched the show, and none of them recognised him.😎

I think there’s definitely something else to be revealed relating to Ellie given her comment today.

Can’t stand Rachel and look forward to her downfall (I hope it comes!). I wasn’t a Fiona fan, thought she was quite fun at first but then quickly proved herself to be a bit of a village idiot.

I also don’t understand like a pp why Jessie was so hellbent on getting revenge for Ross, like, so what?! Everyone’s getting picked off so why not be hunting each and everyone’s murderer? I mean she was on the right track with Stephen obviously and maybe she just had a hunch she couldn’t shake but it was pretty much the only thing she was ever bringing to the RT and nothing else, I could feel my eyes glazing over. At least actively be bringing new evidence or theories to the table!

Yep this…it feels more contrived this year definitely.
I love the show but last year’s show was better I think…not the celeb one but the normal one.

When there was a second envelope before, it was revealing that Judy was Roxy's mum. So I assume it is something to do with a secret relationship. And we're meant to spot it and wonder about it, as they could easily edit it out otherwise.

I thought that was related to her relationship with Ross and the fact she's a psychologist but hasn't told anyone

I agree, the producers are managing to steer it to how they want

Oh, and Roxy thinking she was the most likeable or whatever the description was absolutely cracked me up 😂 “I think people might have chosen me? That’s not me being big headed!” 🤣

Has she said she’s keeping her job a secret? I may just not have noticed as she’s not making much of an impression.

And also solidifying herself so vehemently as a faithful is a sure fire way to get yourself murdered.

I don't really get the connections thing though, why they would do it, why they wouldn't reveal it etc.

I keep looking for them too but then I wonder why there would be so many & if there would be any value in it?

Did the connections story all come about because of the weird family tree?

She has so many family members in the police, it's a wonder they didn't recognise her...

I refuse to believe Fiona is only 62. She acts, and looks, far older.

I wonder if Matthew has an idea of who the traitors are, so he’s made his suggestion about Jessie, and will then tell other players different names to confirm his suspicions, so when Jessie goes he can confirm who he told that to, if you see what I mean?

I don’t really understand the point of them getting to ask questions tonight as Claud told them the Traitors don’t have to be truthful.

I am relieved Fiona got her comeuppance so quickly and I can go back to disliking Rachel again, order is restored!

It’s such a long wait until Wednesday. I would schedule it Monday, Weds, Friday.
