Ive just watch the first episode and I don’t know whether to clean the kitchen first or just watch the second one. I don’t know how many have dropped but it is so good. She is her usual worried manic sell and he is a very good baddie.

when he first won an Emmy he gave his acceptance speech in his usual Welsh accent the audience were like wtf? Everyone thought he was American!

Really loved the series, would have liked to see Steve at the end as was a bit worried about him (the dog 🙈😂)

I’ve had a crush on Claire Danes for about 30 years, I think she’s great.

I had no idea that the actor playing Nile was Welsh, amazing job on the accent. He played the deranged psychopathic but weirdly charismatic man really well.

He was also great in The Americans

im sure the dog was fine but agree would have been good to see closure on his and Erika’s stories

I spent a long time thinking I know who this actor is and finally had to google it. I watched this years ago .

Me and DH only stumbled on this store a few nights ago and we binged it over the course of two evenings.

After the first episode I wasn’t really feeling it but decided to give it another chance and watch episode two, and then I was hooked.

I think they had a great chemistry!!!

I felt a bit disappointed by the end big though with regards to his wife turning him in, it just seemed like a lazy ending to what had otherwise been a really thrilling and clever series.

I have to admit, that I was also very worried about lovely little Steve at various points during the film, especially when that guy broke into Aggie’s house…. I was very on edge and I kept talking to the TV and telling Steve to go and hide somewhere 🤣

Loved it!!! I’ll be honest, I didn’t recognise the actor playing Nile from anything! Must look him out.

Can anyone recommend another, similar series? Loved Beast in Me but not sure what to watch next!

I’ve just started watching it, really enjoying it so far

I don't know if anyone else would agree but for me Beef (which I also watched on Netflix) had a similar vibe. It's more humourous (although very dark, brutal humour) but it's also two people sparring against each other, Very twisty, good dialogue, some shockers along the way. It kind of has a wider ambit than Beast In Me in terms of the themes it touches on, but you can totally just enjoy it for the story.

Episode 5 (Bacchanal) dancing scene-mesmerised, cannot stop thinking about it, just stunning and I think Oscar worthy, even though its less than a couple of minutes long.......

@lifeinmyfortress I have watched this clip multiple times on youtube - he is so charismatic and watcheable!!

I finished this and it's one of the best things I watched in a while. The acting was fantastic. I loved the ending even though it wasn't a big twist it did what it needed to.

I'm also up for watching something similar. I've seen other thrillers but this one was very good.
