Happy Valley, only watched it last year.

PixieandMe · 03/11/2025 12:15

Downton Abbey.

ErlingHaalandsManBun · 03/11/2025 12:18

This is Us.

Only watched it this year and wondered why the hell I had missed it when it was first aired. Fabulous TV!

Lobelia123 · 03/11/2025 12:22

The Big Bang Theory. It was well off the air by the time I picked up the reruns and then I LOVED it

The Good Wife. Binged it last year, fabulous show! Don’t know why I hadn’t watched it sooner.

Downton Abbey.

Me too. Literally just finished watching the final episode. I've potentially got time on Wednesday morning to watch the first film.

Same here, I think we saw an episode as it was on after we watched something else and we loved it. We then watched it all and still like to watch it.

Game of Thrones.

RedRiverShore5 · 03/11/2025 12:36

I'm watching Criminal Minds at the moment, it started in about 2006
I watched all of Doc Martin last year

Nocameltoeleggingsplease · 03/11/2025 12:37

Spooks. I thought it was about ghosts.

AquaForce · 03/11/2025 12:39

The Inbetweeners and I'm currently making my way through Tales of the Unexpected.

Tidypidy · 03/11/2025 12:39

Dexter- it’s weird but compelling

I'm off work poorly and this has just inspired me to start Spooks, which I've never seen - looks like it's all on iPlayer!

JoeMarlerseyes · 03/11/2025 12:44

shakespear and Hathaway.

Friendlyfart · 03/11/2025 12:46

Also Gilmore Girls.

Did the same with criminal minds, was gutted when I caught up lol

Similar with NCIS and Law & Order: SVU

Prison Break and 24 also.

The US sitcom Modern Family. My teenage granddaughter introduced me to it and I love it. I’ve still got loads of them to watch and each episode is only about 25 mins so it’s easy to dip in and out.

TheChosenTwo · 03/11/2025 12:50

Another one for happy valley, didn’t know it even existed until about 5 days before the last episode of series 3. Went to look for it because a few people had been talking about the final episode and had watched the whole lot in about 3 days 😂 was eagerly anticipating the grand finale along with a lot of other people who had been invested for years whereas I felt a bit of a fraud because I was such a latecomer.

daffodilandtulip · 03/11/2025 12:50

I just finished Modern Family and we're now on Grays Anatomy. My teens continually watch Friends.

Nourishinghandcream · 03/11/2025 12:57

Jam And Jerusalem.
Somehow it completely passed me by at the time and it was only when I saw an episode on a Freeview channel much later that I thought it looked like my type of thing.
Bought the DVD box set and binge watched the whole lot in a weekend.

Same goes for Dinnerladies.
My Dsis was saying how she was off to see the stage show so I was asking her about it as I had never heard of it. Bought the DVD box set and binged again.

Both are amongst my goto DVD's for a lazy, chilled out evening.

Dinnerladies is such brilliant telly.

The royle family.

tobee · 03/11/2025 13:32

Friends. I never like to watch anything (at the time) that's got so much hype because you get disappointed frequently.

Tenko. Now that really was a long time ago and I watched it all about 5 or so years ago. I was 13 when it originally started and it didn't seem relevant to me.
