It makes me so cross as I know so many really wonderful, clever women with degrees struggling to even get admin jobs and this twat with a flea brain and a GCSE in Drama and attitude waltzes in and get the white male treatment. Gah.

I was trying to remember what tasks will be next. Is it make a date for your partner? I am assuming they've stopped the photo rating one as usually that's first isn't it and they went full on sex toys when they landed back in UK this time.

Not having MAFS last night led me to watch Stranded on Honeymoon Island (the BBC rip off of MAFS). These types of programmes are a magnet for a lot of dysfunctional men.

So it’s confirmed Steven is a wide-boy thug with delusions of grandeur. He is a deeply unpleasant individual and there is an undeniable air of violence about him with his aggressive behaviour. Did anyone see in the ‘next time” trailer that Nelly and him are arguing and she says don’t shout at me and he replies in a really threatening manner “don’t antagonise me”?

If this is what he is like on camera god knows what he’s like behind closed doors!

Thanks @Dillite2 I haven’t managed to psych myself up enough to watch the intimacy episode yet. I hate cringe.

I watched the first 3 episodes (fast forwarded through the recaps and boring bits!) and I was quite bewildered by the desperation to be on TV.

MAFS, being 'confined' to the small'ish apartments with a virtual stranger, seems bad enough, but at least they have home comforts like a flushing loo, hot shower, their own toiletries, and clean clothes, but on the remote islands, there's no home comforts! They don't even have any suitable clothing or sun cream.

Byron & Brie - I quite liked him at first, but after ep3, I don't. I still like Brie though.

Tom - ghastly, big headed twat. Mike - sexist pig, but he has the potential for personal growth. Chad seems nice. Emanuel also seems nice. Sam, erm, turning out not to be nice and (if I continue to watch it) I think he might get worse.

My DH is being very patient with me watching all of these crappy TV programmes 😁
