It isn't just Freddie though when you listen to it. All the band can properly play and fill the stadium. They might be playing their whole set. A lot of the earlier artists' sets were shortened.

Their live performance still stands up 40 years later, doesn't it?

Rounday Park wasn't a stadium in 1983. It was a big grassy park with a few portaloos.

He’s still going, Mexican style band called Los lobos. He plays in a little town in Hampshire every couple of summers, one of his band has a connection there.

Went to see Robbie Williams at Knebworth in 2003 - I was pregnant with dd and insisted on being near the loos. We ended up not being even able to see the stage from where we were. Amazed my friends still spoke to me after - might as well of stayed home and watched in on the TV :)

I never saw them live but I had a video of one of their Wembley concerts in 1986 which I played millions of times. No, they did not perform all of BR live.

Still remember singing this with 220,000 people at knebworth in 1986 🤩🤩🤩
