I saw George live on the Faith tour, he was fantastic. His voice makes me shiver. Gorgeous George, so missed.

Wow. I was just saying to DH yesterday after watching the documentary that it was really altruistic of Wham to basically do the Band Aid Christmas song, knowing their own Christmas song wouldn't have a hope of getting to number one.
I just looked this up and saw he was a casualty of 2016.

My most favourite story about George is that he made sure Andrew was added on the writing credits to all the Wham songs so that he would always be financially looked after 😭
