I think the logistics just haven’t been thought out tbh

I’d like to see a map. In alt my years of watching I hadn’t really considered how they were getting from lassiters to Ramsey street!

Likewise, sometimes they drive there

Maybe the Greenway is in another dimension

MiddleClassProblem · 02/07/2025 06:06

There’s an old map out there from a bold annual but don’t think it’s accurate. Ramsey st is too short for one and if it is that close then people’s travel times make no sense.

Thanks for the map! Love it!
Lassiter does seem v close by. And apparently there’s a supermarket and church hall!

Wentworth avenue made me chuckle.

Poor old Nicolette as collateral damage. Baddies sure know how to be in the right place to do their worst. Possibly the least surprising revenge in the history of soaps.
Maybe when the skin allergen nasty is cleaned off her face, Old Head Nicolette will be back.

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 02/07/2025 13:48

Saskia has now taken over from Nell and Darcy for me in the “teens I love to hate”/“annoyingly obvious baddies" sections of my Neighbours watching mind.

suburburban · 02/07/2025 14:32

New police woman looks like Aimee

I’m surprised Saskia is allowed to even wear jewellery at school and why doesn’t Byron share his concerns about Saskia with Max or Sadie or his family

Starburst8 · 02/07/2025 17:40

Do we reckon Saskia is gonna get a redemption arc because so far I'm starting to think she was the problem at her old schools

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 02/07/2025 18:37

@Starburst8 - she was definitely the trouble-maker where she came from. I’m not sure what a redemption arc is, but I can only imagine her getting nastier and nastier till she is somehow hoist by her own petard. Though I hope this story-line gets wound up very quickly as it’s another one I’m fast-forwarding through (like the Darcy one) as her “badness” is so obvious. The Lydia outcome was a complete surprise to me, on the other hand.

paranoiaofpufflings · 02/07/2025 20:21

The Saskia storyline reminds me a lot of when Amy’s daughter Zara arrived and caused all sorts of trouble. In a week or so Saskia will turn good and all will be forgotten.

Smidge001 · 02/07/2025 21:35

Funny how both Max and his sister both arrived having trouble with boundaries and understanding that no means no.

Max has turned out so nice now that people have probably forgotten how he kept trying it on with Sadie. Saskia on the other hand is just so obvious I don't understand why Byron hasn't been more aggressive in telling her no. And I'm totally flummoxed as to why he hasn't said anything to his housemates about it.

MiddleClassProblem · 02/07/2025 22:11

Yeah Byron is weird for not saying anything to anyone.
Saskia definitely faked being bullied. Probably a bully. I hope she’s not the standard teen redemption arc. We’ve had it so many times before. I want her to bog off. I feel like her actions are more calculated and manipulative than the other ones who were bad then came good.

That would be amazing. There’s only one Nicolette. Get rid of this Temu version please!

Andrew is just the worst cop. Does he even know what being a cop entails or know what’s he’s doing?

suburburban · 03/07/2025 14:41

Nicolette was beyond awful

suburburban · 03/07/2025 14:49

Wouldn’t there be cctv

Susan is being really controlling and annoying

Wasn’t she just! Can’t believe she wanted some kind of repercussions for Sadie!

Hoping that Saskia gets found out

how would she have time to mess with the creams

no one would be able to wander in like that, wouldn’t there be a receptionist or security

you would be a bit worried whilst you were with a client and someone wandered in

It’s all very open isn’t it.

Saskia is just vile. I wish Byron would just open his mouth and tell Max

MiddleClassProblem · 03/07/2025 21:13

Nicolette is awful now and the fuck is this Glen bloke? Is this the guy letting Paul go on holiday? Shoe horn him a scene?

What was the Jane bit at the end?

Also yesterdays shots and scene cuts were so weird.

OP posts:
WhyDoesItAlways · 03/07/2025 22:38

I haven't seen this week's episodes so don't know how Glen cropped up but isnt that Paul's brother? Or have they run out of names and used Glen twice.

EBearhug · 03/07/2025 22:51

They have run out of names.

TheodoraCrumpet · 04/07/2025 15:34

Yeah, random Glennage, no relation. I was surprised they let an unknown stand in for Paul. Surely the correct form is to bring in a character from the past, Real Glen, for instance, or get someone from the current cast to deputise. Not bring in a temporary manager as if Lassiter's was the real world.

NemesiaPinkLagoon · 05/07/2025 10:02

Random Glennage 😆

Hate to say it but I’m wondering how long until Bryon and Sasha are kissing…

EconomyClassRockstar · 07/07/2025 21:19

The Jane ending made even less sense as it's never been referred to since. It was weird.
