I did laugh out loud today when they came across the car, all doors open, on a wasteland, and she used all of her new police skillls to announce “it looks abandoned”.

So, Cara's Dad is part of the Linwell Brothers Crime Syndicate that couldn't be more of an Aussie cliche if it tried!

I can't wait for the whole Holly/Andrew thing to become public so we can have more Wendy and less Holly. WHY is Holly getting so much screen time this close the ending of the show? It's driving me crazy.

And annoying as Cara is, I'm so happy for her rack off last week that I'll forgive her for anything. 😂

Holly has just been THE main character throughout the entire reboot. I don’t get it. The stories are spread out with others but she is consistently having something going on.

I know. It's kind of a pity Mel got her out that silo. Death by corn would have been a much better ending.

I do love Good Paul! Stefan Dennis is such a good actor!
Do we think Greg has been part of the Linwell tribe all along, or only joined them when he realised his pension wasn't good enough, when he retired? Or is his whole loner sob story fake, and a cover for lifelong nefarious doings?

I think he’s been part of them for awhile. And is he Jonesy?

Nicolette and Leo having a baby is the most ridiculous idea ever. It’s as ridiculous as when Sonya offered to have a baby with Mark back in the day!

Exactly. Errrmmm, Nicolette, last time you were a surrogate, you buggared off with the baby and then sold another baby in its place. I'm really not sure surrogacy is your forte! Plus then won't the girls be both cousins and half siblings with the new baby?!

A baby would be Isla’s sister through its mother, and Isla’s cousin through its father. Then would be Abi’s cousin through its mother and Abi’s sister through its father. There would have to be some weird three-way shared custody like when Nicolette lived with David and Aaron, which would inevitably break down when one or the other has a life change and moves away (as with Aaron).
Unless this is a storyline set to break up Leo and Krista - Leo so desperate to be a father again that he goes against Krista’s wishes and they separate.

But if Nicolette is a surrogate she won’t have any DNA in the child, nor any parental responsibility or Co parenting type of role. In any sensible set up anyway! Surely no-one who knows her would voluntarily go into a Co-parenting set up with her again?!

Exactly - which doesn't seem to tie in with her latest wants of expanding her family. I don't understand why she thinks this solves everything. The baby will be Krista and Leo's. Except probably she just won't want to hand it over when it's born - just like last time!

Though we will never get to see that. Unless it’s another miracle neighbours pregnancy and in 2 months time an 18 month old child will pop out…

I assumed she was offering to have a baby with them, rather than as a surrogate, because she wants another baby and Krista doesn’t want to be pregnant. I think she’s offering a 3-way parenting situation.

I had a terrible Saturday night last night, when my Fire TV Stick (plus special measures) refused to work for Prime Video and I had visions of never seeing the last episodes of Neighbours. I was actually considering going to stay with someone in the UK in order to be able to watch the end from there. Fortunately, thanks to some wonderful tech support, it has been fixed and all is well in my little world. What a relief!

I agree she means her own egg. Also Kirsty said with work she didn’t feel she had time to give to another child right now which adds to the narrative of Nic’s egg.
I can’t see this one coming to fruition.

I do keep wondering if Mackenzie will pop back as part of all this holiday business as there has been a lot of references but maybe they are just trying to give weight to the plot that Holly is isolating herself from everyone.

It was April Pengilly (Chloe) in the audience with Alan Fletcher last week. There were two women in the audience this week who stood up applauding, the camera showed them, but I didn’t recognise them?
I have really enjoyed watching Stefan’s first two dances but they seem to have pitched him as a joke contestant, not expecting to go far? Both dances have been ‘novelty’ with silly costumes, where other contestants have been glam and serious. He’s also paired with a dancer who is pregnant. There must surely be a limit to what she can manage this series - he won’t be lifting and spinning her too much!

It’s so random how everyone in Neighbours loves the Backlane Bar! It started with Ellie years ago and they all still go there, like it’s the best bar in the city! I think it seems an awful place, no daylight, weird purple-blue fluorescent lighting, loud music, not much space. I’ve been to Melbourne, there are much nicer places to hang out!

"Hello Seemingly Happily Married Couple, How about I have a baby for you and then increase the stress of parenting by including another household and another parent into the mix?!" It makes no sense at all. Why doesn't she just buggar off with Isla and have a baby for Aaron and whatshisname?!

I think we might be stuck with the dumb Holly and Andrew storyline until the show bows out. It's never ending! FYI writers and producers, literally NOBODY wants Holly to get the happy ending out of this.

I’m getting pissed off with this Holly and Andrew storyline. It’s icky for a start, he’s what? Twice her age? She’s best mates with his daughter so he’s known her since she was a teenager. Gives me the boak.
