When he was a baby. He was Gabby’s son. Originally called Shannon but Lou Carpenter and Cheryl Stark also had a baby on the same day and also called her Shannon. As discovered by Lou and Doug when they went together to register the births. So boy Shannon became Zachary (after Doug’s grandfather) and girl Shannon became Louise (after Lou).

Weirdly I can remember all that (I must have been about 10 at the time) but can’t remember where I put my glasses!

I was mildly impressed that for possibly the first time in soap history the people having the affair have recognised that it's probably not appropriate to shack up together in the same street as the family home.

And it’s so interesting to hear the lines from Andrew and Holly falling for it
and the seedy looking motel room with the horrid pink light shining on the bed adds to the grimness.

Could someone kindly wake me up when the Holly and Andrew show is over, please? I’ve almost broken my remote trying to fast forward away from them, but that seems to mean that there are two entire episodes I can’t bear to watch, they are so cringeworthy. Waste of time and more importantly, a waste of the precious last few episodes of Neighbours ever to be made.

I remember this storyline so well! They become Shannon Zachary and Shannon Louise, and Gaby was annoyed until she decided she like Zac for short. Funny how some storylines really stick in the mind.

I just remember the stupidity of Gabby running Lassiter in that crappy office and expecting Rick Alessi to change Zac’s nappy and childmind.

He didn’t. His dad (who had just been a fling I think) suddenly appeared back on the scene and so Gabby decided to give up her job, family and entire life to move somewhere that you can never visit from with someone she barely knew.

I'm not fully caught up at the moment. Please tell me she told stupid Elle to wrack off. Old Elle was such a likable character. I don't know why they have to change a characters whole personality when they change their head.

Crikey! A brilliant end-of-week cliffhanger at the end of today’s episode, then instantly ruined by the ‘coming up next week’ clips.

Though it was great as a cliffhanger, Elle could have probably strolled out of the way, the amount of time she was staring open-eyed and unmoving.

Well that was a disappointing outcome 😫

but it seems like the linwell brothers are several steps ahead of Erinsborough’s finest - which hardly comes as a surprise 😂

Holly is becoming really annoying and it won’t end well. I can see Andrew backing off. As much as the affair is icky, I’m looking forward to the fallout drama. Wendy and Sadie are going to be great at this, they are both good actors (unlike Holly).

Loved today’s ending but can’t work out how it can be. How can Greg be so criminal and Cara not know?
